In the nearest future, global health care is to be changed dramatically because of digital transformation of medicine that is supported by numerous innovative technologies. The digitization of Russian health care nowadays is priority direction of its development. It requires from medical workers to have special knowledge and readiness to apply achievements of digital medicine as effectively as possible.

[On the issue of determining notions "medical malpractice", "yatrogeny" and "defect of medical care": social legal aspects].

The article considers social legal aspects of concepts of "medical error", "iatrogenesis", "defect of medical care" in view of absence of their clear definition and understanding in public and professional communities. The usage of these concepts is distinguished by chronological continuity that is conditioned by influence of approaches existed at different stages. On the basis of analysis of scientific publications and normative legal base their genesis and peculiarities of definition are demonstrated.

[The dynamics of provision of population of the Russian Federation with otorhinolaryngologists in 2018-2023].

The most acute problem of state health care system is shortage of medical personnel, both physicians and paramedics. The purpose of the study is to assess dynamics of personnel support with otolaryngologists in medical organizations of the Russian Federation for 2018-2023. The retrospective analytical descriptive study was carried out using continuous method based on studying dynamics of personnel support with otolaryngologists in the Russian Federation in general, Federal Okrugs and particular Subjects of the Russian Federation for 2018-2023.

[The morbidity of university students in conditions of modern educational process and impact of environmental factors: A publications review].

The students morbidity becomes more and more serious problem due to increasing demands of modern educational process. There is a need to more carefully monitor implementation of medical care of students, to carry out regular preventive examinations, to provide students with appropriate psychological assistance to create environment conducive to learning. To resolve problem of student morbidity is important both for maintaining health of young population and for their favorable academic advancement.

[Horizontal pyeloureteral anastomosis in patients with UPJ obstruction has anatomical and functional advantages over vertical anastomosis].

Introduction: The standard approach to the treatment of short ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction is the Anderson-Hynes procedure. Despite its high efficiency and low complication rate, there are ongoing studies which study the modification of the procedure using open, laparoscopic, and robotic approaches.

Aim: To describe a modified pyeloplasty technique with an assessment of the anatomical and functional results in comparison with the Anderson-Hynes procedure.

The article presents analysis of measures targeted to increasing level of physical activity implemented in various countries. The state programs of prevention of hypodynamia are to be implemented at individual, group and population levels. The efficiency of such state programs in different countries are analyzed.

The purpose of the study is to assess dynamics of level of common and primary morbidity in class of diseases of ear and mastoid in adult population of the Russian Federation in 2018-2022. The analysis of morbidity indicators was carried out on the basis of data from statistical collections of Minzdrav of Russia and the Federal State Budget Institution "The Central Research Institute for Health Organization and Informatics of Minzdrav of Russia". It is established that in the Russian Federation, level of common and primary morbidity in class of diseases of ear and mastoid in adult population in 2018-2022 was decreasing and reached its lowest values in 2022 (2875.

[The development of approaches to medical rehabilitation under after-troubles of acute disorders of cerebral blood circulation using International Classification of Functioning].

The article presents social hygienic characteristics of contingent of persons admitted to second stage of rehabilitation in specialized rehabilitation department after ischemic stroke at early recovery period. The attention is focused on necessity of multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation measures, taking into account the International Classification of Functioning that permits to achieve more significant results in implementation of rehabilitation measures, to reduce the number of possible complications of this disease in later period, as well as to accelerate process of returning of studied category of patients to full-fledged life.

[The accessibility of oncologic medical care in the Russian Federation in context of radiotherapy: The last years analysis].

The accessibility of medical care plays important role in ensuring basic human needs and means unimpeded access to all services in national health care system. It is conditioned by: balance of necessary volumes of medical care of population, national medical and financial resources, availability and qualification of medical personnel, rendering of necessary types of medical care in territories, possibility of patient free choice of physician in charge and medical organization, available transport possibilities, level of public education on health promotion and diseases prevention. The availability of radiotherapy, as an integral part of oncological care, is determined by possibility of its timely delivery to all patients and is conditioned by total number of oncological centers equipped with radiotherapy equipment and qualified specialists.

[The evaluation of efficiency of new methodology of personified registration and distribution of workload of pathoanatomists].

The original methodology developed by authors for personalized registration and distribution of workload of pathologists is implemented into a number of departments of pathological-anatomic service of the Irkutsk Oblast, including pathological-anatomic department of the Oblast State Budget Institution "The Irkutsk Municipal Clinical Hospital № 1". In order to evaluate efficiency of new methodology comparative analysis of workload volumes performed by pathologists with calculated standard workload was carried out for two periods i.e before application of new methodology and after its implementation.

[The legal status of off-label preparations and legal aspects of their application in The Russian Federation].

For many years, the medications "outside of instruction" (the so-called "off-label" ones) had no single-valued legal status in the Russian Federation and other countries that entailed number of problems. Most of them had to do with schemes and tactics of treatment of patient, impossibility of proper medical care support, legal responsibility of physician for applying medications outside of attached instruction. The important move in resolving mentioned problem became adoption of the Federal Law "On entering changes in the Federal Law "On Fundamentals of Health Care of Citizen in The Russian Federation" that became first step on the path leading to acquisition by "off-label" its legal status.

[The analysis of medical personnel potential of stomatological service of the Subject of the Russian Federation considering its private sector].

The approaches to analysis of medical personnel of stomatological service continue to be based on principles formed in relation to state health care system that makes it difficult to objectively assess situation due to increasing proportion of specialists employed in its private sector. The study, targeted to comprehensive comparative analysis of stomatological medical personnel of state and private medical organizations in the Irkutsk Oblast, for the first time made it possible to assess provision of population of large region and its municipalities with stomatologists, considering specialists employed in private medical organizations, in dynamics and in context of separate specialties. The decrease in provision of population with stomatologists in state medical organizations by 12.

[The programs of additional legal education as necessary element of system of training of students of medical university].

The actual trends in training of health care professionals set before medical university task of actualization and diversification of training programs targeted to formation both professional and universal competencies to contribute to variable combination of different skills and habits in implementation of medical activities. The increasing needs of labor market in specialists capable to meet actual realities and associated with transformational transition from narrow specialization to different specific skills, inevitably results into increasing of importance for additional education programs as an element of continuing The following key features of various proposals for additional professional education programs were singled out. The major task of forming proposal of additional programs is seen by university through prism of possible increasing of income.

The implementation of information technologies into treatment practice of modern health care significantly increases efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of dorsopathies. The purpose of the study is to develop software module to evaluate post-urological status of patients with spine dorsopathy to optimize diagnostic process and treatment planning. The article considers social, demographic and professional factors determining choice by general practitioners and district therapists of place of employment and their professional motivation. The special questionnaire was developed to be applied in sociological survey. The sampling included general practitioners and district therapists of outpatient medical organizations of the Health Department and the private health care sector of Moscow.

The article presents updated information concerning satisfaction of patients with quality of medical care in public and private health care institutions in Russia. The purpose of the study is to explore satisfaction with medical services in different groups of Russian population using representative sampling and considering various aspects of medical care quality. The statistical analysis on the basis of data of telephone survey "The National Monitoring of Public Health" (2022) was applied.

The article considers issues of how population behavior impacts realization of state anti-epidemic measures and efforts to control pandemic. Materials and Methods. The methodology of the study is based on such methods as text analysis, elastic network and construction of regression equations.

[The venereal morbidity in Russia in 1914-1924].

It is accepted to explain increasing of venereal diseases during years of the Revolution by degradation of morality and general disorder of system of state administration and sanitary services in Russia. The cross-verification of information presented in scientific publications and primary information sources makes it possible to look into following issues: degree of venereal (syphilitic) contamination of population of pre-revolutionary Russia; influence on sanitary statistics by erroneous diagnostics and convictions of Zemstvo medicine about predominantly non-sexual path of transmission of syphilis pathogen in Russian countryside; dynamics and sources of venereal morbidity in wartime. The high indicators of pre-revolutionary statistics of venereal infections could be affected by diagnostic errors.

The objective analysis of state of medical personnel, along with assessment of real need for specialists, is the basis of improving activities of any health care service. In relation to pathologists, there is unique opportunity to perform similar analysis, based on application of current corresponding staff standards that consider volume of workload of physicians in order to determine required number of positions. The implementation of corresponding original methodology permitted to establish that the actual number of staff positions of pathologists in 2022 amounted up to average 40.

The public organizations are professional communities of medical specialists specializing in particular sectors of medicine that actively participate in implementation of educational measures and other initiatives targeted to support opportunities for professional growth and improving competence level of participants of these communities. The article considers examples of such initiatives as exemplified by foreign and Russian public organizations of pulmonologists and dentists.

[The impact of health of mothers on health of children delivered by women 35-45 age old after application of auxiliary reproductive technologies].

The treatment of women aged 35 years and older with infertility applies assisted reproductive technologies (ART) in every third case. The purpose of the study is to analyze impact of maternal health on health of children who were delivered by women aged 35 years and older after application of ART. The analytical, direct observation, sociological (questioning), and statistical methods were applied.
