In this study five different complexes of Cu(II) were synthesized for the purpose of environmentally notorious mercury sensing and preliminary biological screening. Pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid (also known as dipicolinic acid, and abbreviated as HDPA), 3-phenyl pyrazole (3-ppz), 4-iodo-1H-pyrazole (4-ipz), 4-nitropyrazole (4-npz), 4-bromopyrazole (4-bpz), and 4-chloropyrazole (4-cpz) were chosen as potential ligands. The synthesized complexes labelled as 1-5, namely [Cu(DPA)(3-ppz)], [Cu(DPA)(4-ipz)], [Cu(DPA)(4-npz)], [Cu(DPA)(4-bpz)], [Cu(DPA)(4-cpz)], were proposed based on spectroscopic data (FTIR, TGA, and UV-visible spectroscopy).

A rare metabolic condition called alkaptonuria (AKU) is caused by a decrease in homogentisate 1,2 dioxygenase (HGO) activity due to a mutation in homogentisate dioxygenase (HGD) gene. Homogentisic acid is a byproduct of the catabolism of tyrosine and phenylalanine that darkens the urine and accumulates in connective tissues which causes an agonizing arthritis. Employing the use of deep learning artificial intelligence (AI) drug design, this study aims to alleviate the current toxicity of the AKU drugs currently in use, particularly nitisinone, by utilizing the natural flavanol kaempferol molecule as a 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase inhibitor.

Azithromycin traditional formulations possesses poor oral bioavailability which necessitates development of new formulation with enhanced bioavailability of the drug. The objective of current research was to explore the kinetics and safety profile of the newly developed azithromycin lipid-based nanoformulation (AZM-NF). In the in-vitro study of kinetics profiling, azithromycin (AZM) release was assessed using dialysis membrane enclosing equal quantity of either AZM-NF, oral suspension of azithromycin commercial product (AZM-CP), or azithromycin pure drug (AZM-PD) in simulated intestinal fluid.

Similarity measures and distance measures are used in a variety of domains, such as data clustering, image processing, retrieval of information, and recognizing patterns, in order to measure the degree of similarity or divergence between elements or datasets. quasirung orthopair fuzzy ( QOF) sets are a novel improvement in fuzzy set theory that aims to properly manage data uncertainties. Unfortunately, there is a lack of research on similarity and distance measure between QOF sets.

To remove the greenhouse gas NO from the environment, recently, researchers have taken great interest in single-atom catalysts (SACs). In this study, we investigated various reaction pathways and barrier energies for the NO reduction process onto Si-coordinated phthalocyanine (Si@PthC) employing density functional theory. The outcomes validate that Si decoration in PthC is energetically stable while the corresponding electronic properties show that the Si atom acts as the reactive site for catalytic activity.

In this manuscript, we present a novel concept known as the fuzzy Sehgal contraction, specifically designed for self-mappings defined in the context of a fuzzy metric space. Our primary objective is to explore the existence and uniqueness of fixed points for self-mappings in fuzzy metric space. To support our conclusions, we present a detailed illustrative case that demonstrates the superiority of the convergence obtained with our suggested method to those currently recorded in the literature.
