One of the key areas of research in ambiguous and inconsistent problems with decision-making is T-spherical multiple-attribute decision making (TP-FMADM). The TP-F number (TP-FN), which is an extension of the fuzzy number, an intuitionistic fuzzy number, and other fuzzy structures, may deal with problems involving a significant amount of incorrect, incomplete, and inconsistent data. Being an extension of various fuzzy structures, the TP-F sets (TP-FSs) provide decision-makers greater freedom to voice their actual opinions and offer a broader range of acceptable membership grades.

Quantum Hall effect in a CVD-grown oxide.

Nat Commun

November 2024

High Field Magnet Laboratory (HFML-EMFL), Radboud University, Nijmegen, The Netherlands.

Two-dimensional (2D) electron systems are promising for investigating correlated quantum phenomena. In particular, 2D oxides provide a platform that can host various quantum phases such as quantized Hall effect, superconductivity, or magnetism. The realization of such quantum phases in 2D oxides heavily relies on dedicated heterostructure growths.

Bacterial nanocellulose production: Improvement in productivity and properties via a sustainable medium.

Int J Biol Macromol

December 2024

Department of Nanoscience, Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering, University of North Carolina Greensboro, Greensboro, NC 27455, United States. Electronic address:

High production cost is a significant barrier to commercial bacterial nanocellulose (BNC) production. This study addresses this issue using a low-cost molasses and cheese whey medium via Gluconacetobacter hansenii. The one-factor-at-a-time method investigated the effect of critical factors on BNC production, including total sugar and total protein concentrations (g/L), initial pH, and additives such as ethanol and acetic acid (%(v/v)).

Novel indole based fused triazole-thiadiazole derivatives as anti-diabetic agents: and approaches.

Future Med Chem

December 2024

Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, College of Pharmacy, King Saud University, P.O. Box 2457, Riyadh, 11451, Saudi Arabia.

The current research presents novel library of indole derived fused triazole-thiadiazole derivatives (1-17) for treatment of diabetes mellitus. These compounds were synthesized by treating 2-(1H-indol-3-yl)acetic acid with hydrazinecarbothiohydrazide followed by treating the resultant compound with substituted benzoic acid. Structural validation was achieved spectroscopically (HNMR, CNMR and HREI-MS).
