Unlabelled: The 2020 COVID-19 pandemic required schools of nursing to change content delivery to a remote platform. For those who had little or no previous online educational experiences, this change created an array of feelings and emotions in both students and faculty.
Methods: A mixed method exploratory study was used to explore the feelings and emotions of students and faculty associated with the rapid adjustment to changes in delivery of content and its impact on their emotional well-being.

Online education as a teaching methodology is relatively new in higher education in comparison to traditional face-to-face instruction. There is often concern that the quality of online classes is inferior and that academic rigor is compromised when faculty are not engaged with students in a classroom. The purpose of this pilot study was to assess nursing faculty attitudes and practices regarding online teaching.

Since many students cannot afford the expense of international travel, creative and active learning methods are needed to help students experience the increased awareness that results from exposure to global health concepts. The global health course described in this article uses a variety of web-based learning experiences and other interactive strategies to equip future nurses for leadership roles in global health. An emphasis on written communication is an important component of the course.
