To address the need to reduce consumption and pollution in the industrial sector, composite materials were created using a new type of raw materials-organic lake sediments (sapropel) as a binder; sphagnum moss, flax fiber, and vermiculite as a filler. The main application of these composite materials is for sound absorption and moisture buffering, but since they contain bio-based binders and fillers, they also work as carbon storage. Within the framework of this work, a total of 100 samples of composite materials were created.

T helper 1 cells (Th1 cells) and T helper 17 cells (Th17 cells) play pivotal roles in the pathogenesis of various autoimmune diseases, including psoriasis and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Signal transducer and activator of transcription 1 (STAT1) regulates the Th1 and Th17 cell lineage commitment at an early stage and maintains their immunological functions and . The previous strategies to block STAT1 functions to treat autoimmune diseases inhibit Th1 cell activity but simultaneously cause hyper-activation of Th17 cells.

Currently, emphasis is placed on using environmentally friendly materials both from a structural point of view and the application of protective means. For this reason, it is advisable to deal with the thermal modification of wood, which does not require the application of protective substances, to increase its service life. The main reason for the thermal modification of black locust is that although black locust grows abundantly in our country, it has no industrial use.

Radial tree growth is sensitive to environmental conditions, making observed growth increments an important indicator of climate change effects on forest growth. However, unprecedented climate variability could lead to non-stationarity, that is, a decoupling of tree growth responses from climate over time, potentially inducing biases in climate reconstructions and forest growth projections. Little is known about whether and to what extent environmental conditions, species, and model type and resolution affect the occurrence and magnitude of non-stationarity.

Background: Pregnancy is one of the few periods in a woman's life when extra weight is not perceived as a negative factor, but has positive connotations with healthy fetal development, which runs against the modern cult of a perfect, slim and healthy body. Most research studies focus on excessive rather than insufficient weight gain in successive trimesters of pregnancy.
Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate women's knowledge about the influence of diet on pregnancy outcome and to assess changes in body weight and eating behaviors during pregnancy.
