Objectives: Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory, T-lymphocyte immune-mediated skin disease. In this study, skin-permeating nanolipid carriers (NLCs) of Methotrexate (MTX) and Baicalin (BL) were formulated. This further gave formulation of nano-lipid encapsulated carriers for dual-drug delivery of the hydrophilic and hydrophobic drugs through the liposomal gel.

Objective: Balloon catheters have shown promising results in the induction of labor (IOL); however, evidence regarding the optimal time of balloon catheter placement is still lacking. Thus, this study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 6-hour placement compared to 12 hours.
Data Source: We conducted a comprehensive search through a search strategy across "Embase, SCOPUS, PubMed (via MEDLINE), and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL)" from inception until April 20, 2024.

This work examines the (2+1)-dimensional Boiti-Leon-Pempinelli model, which finds its use in hydrodynamics. This model explains how water waves vary over time in hydrodynamics. We provide new explicit solutions to the generalized (2+1)-dimensional Boiti-Leon-Pempinelli equation by applying the Sardar sub-equation technique.

: Pre-eclampsia (PE) is a pregnancy-specific condition characterized by significant health risks for pregnant women worldwide due to its status as a multi-organ disorder. High blood pressure (hypertension) with or without proteinuria is usually considered an initial clinical sign of PE. The pathogenesis of pre-eclampsia is highly complex and likely involves multiple factors, including poorly developed uterine spiral arterioles, immunological issues, placental ischemia or infarction, and genetic abnormalities.

The reliable operation of electrical power transmission systems is crucial for ensuring consumer's stable and uninterrupted electricity supply. Faults in electrical power transmission systems can lead to significant disruptions, economic losses, and potential safety hazards. A protective approach is essential for transmission lines to guard against faults caused by natural disturbances, short circuits, and open circuit issues.

This study endeavors to examine the dynamics of the generalized Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (gKP) equation in (n + 1) dimensions. Based on the comprehensive three-wave methodology and the Hirota's bilinear technique, the gKP equation is meticulously examined. By means of symbolic computation, a number of three-wave solutions are derived.

This article demonstrates a mathematical model and theoretical analysis of the Micropolar fluid in the reverse roll coating process. It is important because micropolar fluids account for the microstructure and microrotation of particles within the fluid. These characteristics are significant for accurately describing the behavior of complex fluids such as polymer solutions, biological fluids, and colloidal suspensions.

To achieve efficient and cost-effective electrochemical water splitting, highly active and affordable nanostructured catalysts are the key requirement. The current study presents the investigations of the efficacy of metal (Mn, Fe and Ni)-doped Co(OH) nanofibers towards oxygen evolution water splitting. Notably, Ni-doped Co(OH) demonstrates superior OER performance in KOH electrolyte, surpassing standard IrO with a modest potential of 1.

The presence of chromium [Cr(VI)] and lead [Pb(II)] ions in the water bodies have adverse effects on humans and aquatic life. Graphene oxide-based magnetic nanocomposites synthesized in the presence of chitosan (mGO/CS) or polyaniline (mGO/PA) as potential adsorbents for the removal of Cr(VI) and Pb(II) ions. The FTIR (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy), EDX (Energy dispersive X-ray), XRD (X-ray diffraction) and SEM (Scanning electron microscopy) were employed to investigate the chemical composition, structural, elemental analysis, crystalline size and morphology of the nanocomposites.

The focus of present study is to incorporate the variable viscosity and temperature slip impact on heating rate and induced magnetic gradient along the moving non-conducting wedge under magnetic field. In industrial and engineering procedures, the impact of induced magnetization improves the efficiency of thermal systems to main the heating rates. The similarity transformations and stream functions are applied to reduce the governing equations into ordinary form.

Objective: To assess the effectiveness of exercise intervention on elderly population's physical functioning and quality of life.
Methods: The systematic review was conducted in line with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta- Analyses guidelines, and comprised research on Cochrane Library, PubMed, Physiotherapy Evidence Database and Web of Science for randomised controlled trials published in the English language from January 2012 to December 2021. The trials included comprised individuals of either gender aged ≥60 years who were either community-dwelling elderly or patients living in residential facilities who could walk independently with or without assistive devices.
