Introduction: Understanding gun owners' perceptions of potential firearm policies' harms and benefits is critical to successful policy development and implementation. We used national survey data to develop and validate a novel instrument, the Harms and Benefits Inventory (HBI), for policy-makers and advocates to better consider the citizen perspective.
Method: We conducted a nationally representative survey of American gun owners and non-owners (N=2007) using the Social Science Research Solutions probability panel.

Methods: The cognitive science of learning flipped classroom (CSL-FC) strategies in this study included pre-class learning (Preview), in-class application to cases (Retrieval), after-class learning (Spaced Retrieval), and post-module reflection (Deliberate Reflection) in a required pharmacotherapy course. During fall 2017, one instructor piloted the CSL-FC method.

Introduction: Group engagement is an important component of video-based telehealth interventions, yet this construct remains understudied. In the present study, we applied a multidimensional conceptualization of group engagement in two video-based telehealth interventions that either aimed to reduce fear of hypoglycemia or diabetes distress in parents of children with type 1 diabetes. We examined variability in group engagement across parents and assessed the relationship between parents' level of group engagement and their treatment outcomes.
