The primary objective of this study was to investigate the association between disease activity and serum and salivary procalcitonin (Pct) levels in patients with Behçet's disease (BD). The study included patients diagnosed with BD and age-matched healthy volunteers (N: 48, N: 32). Serum and salivary Pct levels were quantified using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in the laboratories of Diskapi Yildirim Beyazit Training and Research Hospital.

Background: In previous studies, it was shown that ischemia-modified albumin (IMA) is an early marker of ischemia and different pathologies. However, IMA level change is unknown in patients with peripheral vertigo. It is also known that serum albumin levels can change in some patients with peripheral vertigo and that changes in serum albumin levels affect IMA levels.

Background: In this study, we aimed to investigate the relationship between affective temperament characteristics and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) symptom dimensions and severity.
Subjects And Methods: 100 patients diagnosed with OCD and 100 healthy controls by random sampling method were included in the study. SCID-5-CV was administered to all participants.
