Background: Augmentation with subacromial bursa has not been fully established in bursal-sided partial-thickness rotator cuff tears (PT-RCTs).

Purpose: To compare the results of acromioplasty + arthroscopic debridement versus acromioplasty + augmentation with subacromial bursa for Ellman type 2 PT-RCTs involving 25% to 50% of the tendon surface area.

Study Design: Cohort study; Level of evidence, 3.

Introduction: The development of fracture gap during intramedullary nailing in tibial fractures is associated with poor fracture fragment contact and increased time to union and complications. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of the fracture level in the development of the fracture gap and the effect of the fracture gap on pain, radiologic and functional outcomes, and complication rate.

Material And Method: A total of 45 patients who underwent reamed intramedullary nailing due to closed transverse or short oblique tibial shaft fractures were divided into the proximal fracture group and the distal fracture group.

Flexor tendon injuries of the hand have devastating consequences when primary tendon repair fails or left untreated in the first place. Flexor tendon reconstruction is a substantial treatment option to obtain functional digit. In this study, we aimed to compare the functional outcomes and technical feasibility of fingertip-to-palm and fingertip-to-forearm tendon reconstruction methods.

Purpose: To evaluate the effects of untreated stable ramp lesions on clinical and functional outcomes, return to sports rates, and complications of patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.

Methods: A total of 879 patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture were evaluated. Of these, 66 patients [33 patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture and stable medial meniscal ramp lesion (ramp + group) and 33 patients with isolated anterior cruciate ligament rupture (ramp - group)] with a minimum 3-year of follow-up were included.
