Purpose: To evaluate anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) features of Descemet's membrane endothelial keratoplasty (DMEK) grafts associated with graft attachment worsening over time.
Methods: Retrospective case series on patients who received uncomplicated DMEK surgery and for whom subsequent AS-OCT data were available for analysis. Patients' demographics and surgical details were collected.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to establish consensus among experts on outcomes and methods to be used in clinical trials to assess adverse effects of anti-glaucomatous eye drops.
Design: Modified Delphi method.
Methods: Clinical experts from Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, and Asia were invited to participate in 2 sequential web-based surveys administered from June 27 to August 29, 2021.

Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is a leading cause of visual impairment and blindness in older adults. The prognosis for the neovascular type of advanced AMD improved with the introduction of biological drugs with antiangiogenic properties, beginning with off-label bevacizumab, which was first used intravitreally in 2006. These drugs target newly formed vessels that grow beneath the center of the retina, causing loss of central vision, and they can help to maintain or improve vision.

This study aimed to explore differences in vascular and structural parameters using optical coherence tomography angiography in patients with type 1 diabetes (DM1) with mild signs of diabetic retinopathy (DR) over a two-year follow-up period. Background/aims: This systematic review compared the efficacy and safety of benzalkonium chloride (BAK)-preserved eye-drops with alternatively preserved (AP) and preservative-free (PF) eye-drops.
Methods: PubMed, EMBASE and MEDLINE were searched for randomised controlled trials in June and October 2019. Study selection, data extraction and risk of bias assessment were made by two independent reviewers using the Cochrane Handbook.

The aim of this paper was to distinguish the appearance of cysts and non-perfusion areas (NPAs) in diabetic macular edema (DME) using two different Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography (OCTA) devices. In this study, patients underwent OCTA using the AngioVue XR Avanti Spectral Domain (SD) OCTA and the PLEX Elite 9000 Swept-Source (SS) OCTA. Foveal and extrafoveal regions of interest (ROI), defined as any area with an altered flow signal comparing to the surrounding retina, were selected in superficial and deep capillary plexus (SCP and DCP).
