This article narratively reviews the evidence of 2 therapeutic modalities, massage and passive movement. The authors suggest that these 2 treatment techniques may be combined as 1 treatment to be used in a variety of clinical settings. We present the rationale through which the concept of massage with movement (MWM) has been developed and constructed from the principles of passive movements with gentle massage during Lomi Lomi massage.

Objective: To produce representative cross-sectional blood pressure reference centiles for children and young people living in Great Britain.
Design: Analysis of blood pressure data from seven nationally representative surveys: Health Surveys for England 1995-8, Scottish Health Surveys 1995 and 1998, and National Diet & Nutrition Survey 1997.
Methods: Blood pressure was measured using the Dinamap 8100 with the same protocol throughout.

Previous capture-recapture studies have estimated the prevalence of problem drug misuse in urban areas. This study estimates the prevalence in a rural county, Norfolk, using data from four sources: drug treatment agencies, probation, the arrest referral service, and police (drug-related crime with/without acquisitive crime). Careful consideration was given to methods of matching datasets and sensitivity analyses involved altering matching rules and postcode criteria.
