Spontaneous Spinal Subdural Hematoma after Percutaneous Mechanical Thrombectomy Combined with Catheter-Directed Thrombolysis for Deep Venous Thrombosis: A Case Report.

Background: Percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy combined with catheter-directed thrombolysis is one of the most important methods for deep venous thrombosis treatment. Spontaneous spinal subdural hematoma is a remarkably rare complication in the thrombolysis process with catastrophic consequences, as shown in this case report.

Methods: Percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy, percutaneous angioplasty, and catheter-directed thrombolysis were performed for the patient.

Clinical Significance of High-Mobility Group Box 1 Protein (HMGB1) and Nod-Like Receptor Protein 3 (NLRP3) in Patients with Ulcerative Colitis.

BACKGROUND The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical significance of NLRP3 and HMGB1 in patients with active ulcerative colitis. MATERIAL AND METHODS This was a prospective observational study which included a total of 62 cases with active ulcerative colitis during January 2017 to December 2018. Here, we proposed to study the effect of PD on myocardial infarction (MI) by inducing DGCR5.

Background: Postoperative delirium (POD), as an acute brain failure, is widely reported as a very common postoperative complication, and it is closely associated with increased morbidity and mortality. This study aimed to investigate potential risk factors including C-reactive protein/albumin ratio (CAR) for POD in elderly subjects after total joint arthroplasty (TJA).

To explore the effects of remifentanil gradual withdrawal on remifentanil induced postoperative hyperalgesia. Ninety patients from January to June 2018 undergoing elective laparoscopic hysterectomy under general anaesthesia at Ningbo NO.2 hospital, ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ grade, aged 20-60, were enrolled in this study and randomly assigned to 3 groups (30): Group L (low dose remifentanil), Group H (high dose remifentanil) and Group G (high dose remifentanil with gradual withdrawal).

Pituitary adenoma is one of the most common tumors in the neuroendocrine system. This study investigated the effects of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) highly up-regulated in liver cancer (HULC) on rat secreting pituitary adenoma GH3 cell viability, migration, invasion, apoptosis, and hormone secretion, as well as the underlying potential mechanisms.
