Introduction: We aimed to evaluate informal caregivers' attitudes toward undergoing and future implementation of blood-based biomarkers (BBBM) testing for Alzheimer's disease (AD).
Methods: We explored caregivers' perspectives, by combining an online survey ( = 107) with a subsequent focus group ( = 7). We used descriptive statistics and thematic content analysis to identify common themes in answers to open-ended survey questions and focus group data.

Background: Patients often perceive a lumbar puncture (LP) as an invasive procedure. We aimed to evaluate the impact of a 3-minute educational animation-video explaining the LP procedure, on patients' knowledge, uncertainty, anxiety, and post-LP complications.
Methods: We included 203 newly referred memory clinic patients, who were randomly assigned to one of three conditions: (1) home viewing of the video, (2) clinic viewing of the video, or (3) control condition (care as usual).

Purpose: To develop a specified radiographic scoring system for the pubic symphysis and adjacent bones, and to examine the intra- and inter-rater reproducibility of this system.
Method: Development of the scoring protocol was performed in three stages using AP pelvis radiographs of 102 male adult athletes. The final protocol included 5 overall scoring items, which included further specification of locations: 1) bone lucency (erosion-like configuration and cysts), 2) proliferation, 3) fragmentation, 4) sclerosis, and 5) joint space width.
