T- and NK-cell lymphomas (TCL) are a heterogenous group of lymphoid malignancies with poor prognosis. In contrast to B-cell and myeloid malignancies, there are few preclinical models of TCLs, which has hampered the development of effective therapeutics. Here we establish and characterize preclinical models of TCL.

Introduction: This phase I trial was conducted to determine the safety, maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/recommended phase II dose, and efficacy of crizotinib plus erlotinib in patients with advanced NSCLC.
Methods: Patients with NSCLC and an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 to 2 after failure of one or two prior chemotherapy regimens were eligible. Erlotinib, 100 mg, was given continuously once daily starting between day -14 and -7; crizotinib, 200 mg twice daily (dose level 1) or 150 mg twice daily (dose level -1), was added continuously beginning on day 1 of treatment cycle 1.
Purpose: We assessed prognostic factors, treatments and outcomes in patients with teratoma with malignant transformation, a rare occurrence among germ cell tumors.
Materials And Methods: Data on patients diagnosed with teratoma with malignant transformation between June 1981 and August 2014 were collected across 5 referral centers. Chemotherapy was dichotomized as based on germ cell tumor or teratoma with malignant transformation.

Objectives: Preclinical urothelial carcinoma models suggest activity of dasatinib, an oral SRC-family kinase (SFK) inhibitor. We sought to determine the feasibility and biologic activity of neoadjuvant dasatinib (Neo-D) in patients with muscle-invasive urothelial carcinoma of the bladder (miUCB) preceding radical cystectomy (RC).
Materials And Methods: A prospective multisite phase II trial was conducted.

Purpose: Prognostic factors in patients receiving salvage systemic therapy for advanced urothelial carcinoma include performance status, liver metastasis, hemoglobin and time since chemotherapy. We investigated the impact of albumin, and neutrophil, lymphocyte and platelet counts.
Materials And Methods: Patient level data from 10 phase II trials were used.
