The article demonstrates the Brix content of melon fruits grafted with different varieties of rootstock using Support Vector Regression (SVR) and Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) model approaches. The analysis yielded primary fruit biochemical measurements on the following rootstocks, Sphinx, Albatros, and Dinero: nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. Established models were evaluated with Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Mean Square Error (MSE), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), and Coefficient of Determination (R) metrics.

The concentrations of heavy metals in soft sediments of the Manavgat and Lara regions in Antalya, Türkiye were investigated to assess contamination levels and their potential sources, followed by multivariate statistical analysis and generation of spatial distribution maps. Results showed low contamination levels for As, Zn, and Cu, moderate contamination for Pb, Ni, and Mn, and very high accumulation for Co and Cr. Geoaccumulation index (Igeo) and contamination factor (CF) analyses revealed moderate enrichment for Mn and low enrichment for As, indicating no human-induced contamination in Cu, Pb, Zn, Mn, and As, while Ni, Co, and Cr originated mainly from agriculture.

Purpose: This study aims to assess the presence of accessory canal (AC) associated with canalis sinuous (CS), describing their frequency, lateralization, location, direction, and measurements in cone beam computed tomography (CBCT).
Methods: Axial, coronal, sagittal, and cross-sectional reconstructions were analyzed in 248 CBCT images and the presence of CS, the presence of AC associated with CS, the lateralization, localization, and direction course of AC associated with CS was evaluated. CS diameter, AC diameter, the distance between the nasal cavity floor and CS (M1), CS and the buccal cortical bone (M2), and CS and the alveolar ridge (M3) were measured.

By this study, the palynomorphological traits of 49 taxa (53 plant samples) of the genus Muscari which has been the main research topic and also its relatives, Pseudomuscari, Hyacinthella and Bellevalia have been studied in details of both using light and scanning electron microscope. In the end of palynologic works, it was suggested the descriptive or symbolized main pollen types to make easier the separation or identification of the species of Muscari and its relative groups. According to this symbolization, the pollen types of species may be changeable as D-shaped, elliptical, triangular, and spindle shaped and all types could be seen in different members of the studied taxonomic groups in this paper.
