Purpose: Perceived cancer-related cognitive impairment (CRCI) has been reported in prostate cancer survivors. Little is known about how CRCI impacts occupational functioning in working-aged prostate cancer survivors (PCS). This study aimed to investigate the association between CRCI and occupational functioning in PCS.

Introduction: A model to predict the risk of surgical complications following percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) could be a useful tool to guide clinical decision-making. The aim of this study was to develop a simple and widely applicable stratification tool to be used for patient counseling, surgical planning, evaluation of outcomes, and academic reporting.
Methods: Data of patients who underwent PCNL were retrieved from the database of the collaborating centers including demographics of patients, characteristics of their stones and urinary tracts, and perioperative data.

Objective: To evaluate the safety of Holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) in octogenarian compared to non-octogenarian patients.
Methods: A retrospective cohort analysis was performed using the American College of Surgeons National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (ACS-NSQIP) database from 2011 to 2020. We assessed baseline demographic data, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score, functional status, and medical comorbidities.

Introduction: Advances in health care have resulted in an increasing octogenarian population in the United States. The prevalence of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in this subgroup exceeds 70%. This study attempts to evaluate perioperative outcomes of different transurethral techniques in octogenarians and define their utilization trends from 2011 to 2022.

Purpose: The objective of this manuscript is to assess the effect of varicocele repair (VR) in patients with clinical varicoceles on serum total testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and inhibin B serum levels.
Materials And Methods: The study was performed in compliance with the Meta-Analysis and Systematic Reviews of Observational Studies (MOOSE) guidelines and the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis Protocols (PRISMA-P). All eligible studies were selected following the PICOS (Population, Intervention, Comparison/Comparator, Outcomes, Study design) model.

Purpose: In this systematic review and meta-analysis, we investigated assisted reproductive technology (ART) success in infertile men with clinical varicocele and abnormal semen parameters who underwent varicocele repair (VR) before the ART procedure as compared to those who did not.
Materials And Methods: A comprehensive search of the Scopus, PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases was conducted using a specific query string to identify studies examining the impact of VR on ART outcomes, including fertilization rate, clinical pregnancy, pregnancy loss, and live-birth rate, until October 2023. Outcomes were analyzed based on the type of ART.

Ureteral metastasis of prostate cancer is extremely rare, with less than 50 cases at present. Kidney cancer with prostate cancer is also rare, and ureteral metastasis with prostate cancer is difficult to diagnose. Especially if there are no symptoms of hematuria, the ureteral mass should be clearly understood.

Purpose: Identification of pathogenic germline variants in patients with prostate cancer can help inform treatment selection, screening for secondary malignancies, and cascade testing. Limited real-world data are available on clinician recommendations following germline genetic testing in patients with prostate cancer.
Materials And Methods: Patient data and clinician recommendations were collected from unselected patients with prostate cancer who underwent germline testing through the PROCLAIM trial.

Objectives: This study aimed to describe the adaptation of a group cognitive rehabilitation program for prostate cancer survivors (PCS) via telehealth delivery using a codesign approach with PCS experiencing cancer-related cognitive impairment. The Theoretical Domains Framework (TDF) also informed the intervention development.
Methods: Intervention development consisted of three steps: 1) Adapting an existing cancer-related cognitive rehabilitation program for PCS; 2) Conducting a codesign focus group workshop to gather feedback that was analyzed using a template approach; and 3) Incorporation of consumer feedback to refine the program for future piloting in PCS.

Urothelial carcinoma (UC) of the bladder is a common cause of cancer-related death worldwide. Vasculogenic mimicry (VM) is a process by which the malignant cells can generate vascular-like structures formed of periodic acid-Schiff (PAS) positive/CD31 negative extracellular matrix independent of angiogenesis and thus promotes tumor progression. N-myc downstream-regulated gene 1 (NDRG1) is a protein that can modulate tumor angiogenesis; however, its role in regulating tumor angiogenesis and VM formation has not been previously investigated in UC.

Introduction: At the end of their residency program, urology trainees should reach the minimum skills required to be able to work by themselves and within a team. To achieve this objective, it is fundamental that the training involves not only surgical activities, but also theoretical, academic, and relational ones. What is the perfect balance between these activities within the ideal urological training? This study aims to evaluate the concordance in different concepts of good urological training between different perspectives (trainees vs professors).

Purpose: Systematic reviews and meta-analyses (SRMAs) are used to generate evidence-based guidelines. Although the number of SRMAs published in the literature has increased dramatically in the last decade, the training and the experience of the researchers performing the SRMAs are usually not explained in the SRMAs' methodology, and this may be a source of bias. Although some studies pointed out the need for quality control of SRMAs and training in proper statistical methods, to the best of our knowledge, no study has reported the importance of training the researchers that conduct the SRMAs.

Objective: This study aimed to measure the AHNAK2 urinary levels in bladder cancer patients.
Material And Methods: This prospective case-control study enrolled 67 participants between January and March 2019 and were categorized into bladder cancer group (n=37), with histologically proven bladder can cer, and control group (n=30), with histologically verified benign lesions or with no bladder cancer indica tion during follow-up. Urine samples of 15 mL were collected in the mid-morning before cystoscopy/surger y and an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was performed as per the manufacturer's protocol.

Purpose: Despite the significant role of varicocele in the pathogenesis of male infertility, the impact of varicocele repair (VR) on conventional semen parameters remains controversial. Only a few systematic reviews and meta-analyses (SRMAs) have evaluated the impact of VR on sperm concentration, total motility, and progressive motility, mostly using a before-after analytic approach. No SRMA to date has evaluated the change in conventional semen parameters after VR compared to untreated controls.

Synovial sarcoma (SS) is a rare mesenchymal entity that represents 5-10% among soft tissue sarcomas (STS). Primary renal synovial sarcoma (PRSS) is an uncommon, rapidly growing tumor, with potential metastatic dissemination. The main prognostic factors of PRSS include tumor size and histologic grade, while translocation t (X; 18) (p11.
