Methods: Asian FLD patients ( = 987) from 1991 to 2021 (biopsy-proven in 939) were enrolled. The patients were divided into NAFLD (N-alone,  = 92), both MAFLD and N (M&N,  = 785), and M-alone ( = 90) groups.

Degradation of band3 and PRDX2 in erythrocytes during severe acute GVHD.

We investigated the proteins of erythrocytes from stem cell transplantation patients and found decreased expression of band3 and C-terminal-truncated peroxiredoxin 2 (PRDX2) only during severe graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), using time-of-flight mass spectrometry (TOF-MS) analysis and Western blotting. During the same period, PRDX2 dimerization and calpain-1 activation were observed, indicating severe oxidative stress. We also found a putative cleavage site for calpain-1 in the C-terminal-truncated site of PRDX2.

Prevention of vasculitis and vascular pain by side route administration of vinorelbine: A case report.

A 49-year-old female with non-small-cell lung cancer was placed on adjuvant chemotherapy with vinorelbine (25 mg/m: Day 1.8) and cisplatin (80 mg/m: Day 1). Web-Based Questionnaire Survey on Heart Failure in Elderly Patients Using Outpatient Rehabilitation - Actual Conditions of Cardiac Rehabilitation in Long-Term Care Insurance Systems.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of cardiac rehabilitation (CR) for elderly patients with heart failure (HF) in outpatient rehabilitation (OR) facilities using long-term care insurance systems. This was a cross-sectional web-based questionnaire survey conducted at 1,258 facilities in the Kansai region (6 prefectures) of Japan from October to December 2021. In all, 184 facilities responded to the web-based questionnaire (response rate 14.
