Introduction And Objective: This study presents and analyzes the content of an online Evidence Gap Map (EGM), "", which graphically represents evidence from systematic reviews (SRs) of human clinical trials in homeopathy that were published from 1991 to 2021. The EGM was built according to the guidelines of the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie), adapted for complex interventions, to represent visually relevant evidence and research gaps.
Presentation Of Evidence Gap Map Content: The interventions, classified as rows, are characterized in the EGM not only by the homeopathic therapeutic strategy but also by individual medicines and potencies.

Purpose: To evaluate color change in ceramic veneers luted to enamel with light-cured, dual-cured resin luting agents, or heated resin composites, as well as to evaluate microhardness and diametral tensile strength of these luting agents.
Methods: For color analysis, 0.5 mm-thick leucite-reinforced glass ceramic veneers (IPS Empress CAD) were cemented onto 40 bovine dental blocks (n= 10) using RelyX Ultimate (RU) or RelyX Veneer (RV) resin-based luting agents, or Gradia Direct (GD) and Palfique Lx5 (P) heated resin composites.

Background: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), a disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, was declared a pandemic in March 2020, posing significant challenges globally. Homeopathy has historical relevance in epidemic management. In response, the government of the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil, distributed 1M as a potential prophylactic intervention for COVID-19.

Objectives: The aim of the present study was to analyze the association between sports participation in childhood and adolescence and the practice of physical activity at different intensities in adulthood, and to verify if some sports participation characteristics such as number of sports; type of sport (individual, collective or a combination of both) and total estimated sports participation time are associated with the different physical activity intensities in adulthood.
Design: This is a cross-sectional study.
Methods: This study included 129 young adults of both sexes aged 18-25 years.

Propentofylline (PROP) is a methylated xanthine compound that diminishes the activation of microglial cells and astrocytes, which are neuronal cells strongly associated with many neurodegenerative diseases. Based on previously observed remyelination and neuroprotective effects, PROP has also been proposed to increment antioxidant defenses and to prevent oxidative damage in neural tissues. Since most neurodegenerative processes have free radicals as molecular pathological agents, the aim of this study was to evaluate the antioxidant effects of 12.

Background: It is unknown how much variation in adult mental health problems is associated with differences between societal/cultural groups, over and above differences between individuals.
Methods: To test these relative contributions, a consortium of indigenous researchers collected Adult Self-Report (ASR) ratings from 16 906 18- to 59-year-olds in 28 societies that represented seven culture clusters identified in the Global Leadership and Organizational Behavioral Effectiveness study (e.g.

Objective: The present study aimed to identify possible phenotypic changes in 4T1 (murine mammary adenocarcinoma) cells , including viability, HER-2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor-type 2) expression, and metastatic potential, after treatment with in different homeopathic dilutions (12cH, 30cH, 200cH) shaken mechanically in pure, sterile, water from a commercial stock dilution.
Methods: Treated cells were cultured in R10 medium, using 24-well plates, 10 cells per well, and treated with vehicle, 12cH, 30cH or 200cH; untreated cells were used as the baseline control. After 24 hours of treatment, the percentage of apoptotic cells was analyzed by annexin V.

Objectives: The use of cortical auditory evoked potentials allows for the study of the processing of acoustic signals at the cortical level, an important step in the diagnostic evaluation process, and for the monitoring of the therapeutic process associated with auditory processing disorders (APD). The differences and similarities in the acoustic coding between different types of stimuli in the context of APD remain unknown to this date.
Methods: A total of 37 children aged between 7 and 11 years, with and without APDs (identified based on verbal and non-verbal tests), all with a suitable intelligence quotient with respect to their chronological age, were assessed.

Objective: The aim of the present study was to analyze the tracking of indicators of health-related physical fitness between childhood and adulthood.
Methods: The study presents a longitudinal design, with the first phase of data collection occurring annually between 2002 and 2006, and the second phase carried out in 2016. A total of 142 young adults, aged between 21 and 25 years, of both sexes participated in the study.

Obesity promotes hypothalamic inflammation and local morphological changes in astrocytes, including the increased expression of the astrocytic biomarker glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), which is seen as a sign of neuroinflammation. This study aimed to observe the astrocytic expression of GFAP in different brain areas from female rats that received a hypercaloric (HD) or a normocaloric (ND) diet during puberty (F0 generation) as well as in their male pups (F1 generation). Female rats received highly palatable HD (Ensure®) or ND from postnatal day (PND) 23-65.

Oral hygiene deficiency is common in patients treated in ICUs and it enables biofilm colonization by microorganisms that lead to respiratory infections. A 30-year-old female patient with chronic renal failure was hospitalized. Dental procedures were performed in the ICU and contributed to the patient's health after a few days.

This study tested the multi-society generalizability of an eight-syndrome assessment model derived from factor analyses of American adults' self-ratings of 120 behavioral, emotional, and social problems. The Adult Self-Report (ASR; Achenbach and Rescorla 2003) was completed by 17,152 18-59-year-olds in 29 societies. Confirmatory factor analyses tested the fit of self-ratings in each sample to the eight-syndrome model.

The purpose was to advance research and clinical methodology for assessing psychopathology by testing the international generalizability of an 8-syndrome model derived from collateral ratings of adult behavioral, emotional, social, and thought problems. Collateral informants rated 8,582 18-59-year-old residents of 18 societies on the Adult Behavior Checklist (ABCL). Confirmatory factor analyses tested the fit of the 8-syndrome model to ratings from each society.

Statement Of The Problem: The ceramic composition and surface microstructure of all-ceramic restorations are important components of an effective bonding substrate. Hydrofluoric acid and sandblasting are well-known procedures for surface treatment; however, surface treatment for high alumina-containing and lithium disilicate ceramics have not been fully investigated.
Purpose: This in vitro study evaluated the tensile bond strength of resin cement to two types of ceramic systems with different surface treatments.

As the adaptation of titanium crowns obtained by Rematitan Plus investment, specific for titanium, is not recognized to be suitable, this study evaluated the effect of the concentration of the specific liquid and the temperature of the mold of investments on the internal misfit of crowns cast on commercially pure titanium. Individual dies of epoxy resin were obtained, representing teeth prepared for full-crown restoration with a 6-degree axial surface convergence angle and shoulder (1.0 mm).
