This data show the combination of parabolic through solar system with CH cycle and power tower solar system with Cu-Cl cycle for hydrogen production capacity in the city of Gharadaia which is located in the south of Algeria. A proper measurement of meteorological factors such as temperature, humidity, and solar irradiation has been done in the city of Ghardaia due to the solar concentration in this city. In the meantime thermo-chemical systems (Cu-Cl, CH4 cycles) have been integrated with the thermal solar systems through.

This data article is about hydrogen production from the solar photovoltaic solar panel through alkaline electrolyser under Algerian climate with the application of safe technology. Several pathways have been given different technologies for hydrogen production which were based on the experimental scale, where the catalysis of water by using alkaline electrolyser has taken the major part of the collecting data. However, in this data article, the photovoltaic solar system is integrated with a controller, an ammeter, a voltmeter, and an alkaline type water electrolyser (the electrolyte used is Na-OH).

Two new glucopyranosylbianthrones (1 and 2) were isolated from the aerial part of the plant Asphodelus tenuifolius, collected in Southwest Algeria. The 2D structures of 1 and 2 were defined by NMR analysis, HRESIMS data, and comparison with literature data. The comparison of experimental and calculated electronic circular dichroism and NMR data led to characterization of the ( M) and ( P) atropisomeric forms of the glucopyranosylbianthrones, asphodelins (1) and (2), respectively.

Although Senecio species are known as sources of potentially toxic pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs), some species of this genus are traditionally used as remedies, notably in Algeria. In this paper, the evaluation of biological activities and the analysis of PAs of Algerian specimens of Senecio delphinifolius Vahl are reported. The n-butanolic extract of the herb showed a weak antibacterial effect against Escherichia coli with a MIC of 1 mg/mL, but was inactive against Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Aims: The C677T allele of the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene has been suggested to represent a risk factor for male infertility. To confirm this association, the distribution of the single-nucleotide polymorphism C677T was investigated in idiopathic infertile Algerian patients with nonobstructive azoospermia (NOA) or severe oligoasthenoteratozoospermia (OAT). A case-control study was carried out, including 74 idiopathic infertile Algerian patients with NOA (n=46) or severe OAT (n=28) and 84 fertile men as controls.
