We report the case of a 7-year-old girl with severe generalized prurigo associated with diffuse persistent pruritic nodules due to sensitization to aluminum-adsorbed vaccines. Treatment with dupilumab resulted in an excellent therapeutic response.

- - The study evaluated the prognosis of torsion of healthy ovaries (THO) compared to torsion with underlying ovarian masses (TUOM) in children, finding a significant difference in outcomes.
- - Out of 54 girls analyzed, THO was linked to a higher risk of ovarian hypotrophy or atrophy compared to TUOM, particularly with a notable difference in cases diagnosed after puberty.
- - The findings suggest that THO tends to lead to worse outcomes due to less clear initial diagnoses and hormonal factors, highlighting the importance of timely intervention.

Objective: The nuclear protein heterogeneous nuclear RNP A2/B1 (hnRNP A2/B1) is involved in posttranscriptional regulation of gene expression. It is constitutively expressed in lymphoid organs and highly up-regulated in the synovial tissue of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), who may also generate autoantibodies to this protein. This study was undertaken to investigate the potential involvement of hnRNP A2/B1 in the pathogenesis of autoimmune arthritis, by silencing hnRNP A2/B1 expression in 2 animal models of RA.
