Patients with this condition are usually asymptomatic, but almost 25% of these patients experience recurrent pancreatitis, which may progress to chronic pancreatitis.

Nitrous oxide, also called nitrous monoxide, or nitrous oxide, is a colorless and odorless gas, without toxicological effect, but it can be asphyxiating at high concentration, its misuse is increasing especially among young people. Chronic use of NO may cause psychiatric complications, including depression, hypomania, and paranoid psychosis with visual and auditory hallucinations. We present a case of nitrous oxide abuse "laughing gas" in 25 years old woman with bizarre behavior delusions and hallucinations with a normal neurological examination.

Introduction: Myasthenia gravis is a rare autoimmune disease caused by autoantibodies directed against the synapses of the neuromuscular junction.
Patient And Methods: We report the case of a young patient with myasthenia gravis associated with Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Results: A 22-year-old patient presented with a 2-month history of severe weakness associated with muscle fatigability and intermittent ptosis without dysphonia or respiratory signs.

Primary pancreatic hydatid lesions are very rare with an incidence of less than 1% in the adult population. We report an observation of a 5-year-old girl who consulted for isolated abdominal pain occurring for 2 weeks without vomiting, transit disorders or jaundice and evolving in a context of conservation of the general condition and apyrexia. Clinical examination and preoperative imaging have suggested the diagnosis of a choledochal cyst or duodenal duplication rather than a hydatid cyst of the pancreas due to the presence of a cystic hepatic image projecting into the liver hilum.
