Introduction: The psychometric properties of the Arab translation of the Compulsive Internet Use Scale (CIUS) have been previously studied by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with AMOS software using the asymptotically distribution-free (ADF) estimator. Unidimensionality has been achieved at the cost of correlating several item variance errors. However, several reviews of SEM software packages and estimation methods indicate that the option of robust standard errors is not present in the AMOS package and that ADF estimation may yield biased parameter estimates.

Nodal T- and NK-cell lymphomas are among the most frequent T-cell malignancies and most subtypes have aggressive clinical behavior. Evolving understanding of the biology and molecular characteristics of these lymphomas, as well as the development of new precision therapy approaches, underscores the importance of ongoing updates to the classification and diagnostic evaluation of this group of malignancies. Here, we discuss the classification of nodal T- and NK-cell lymphomas based on the 2022 International Consensus Classification of Mature Lymphoid Neoplasms (2022 ICC).

Purpose: Normal tissue (NT) sparing by ultra-high dose rate (UHDR) irradiations compared to conventional dose rate (CONV) irradiations while being isotoxic to the tumor has been termed "FLASH effect" and has been observed when large doses per fraction (d ≳ 5 Gy) have been delivered. Since hypofractionated treatment schedules are known to increase toxicities of late-reacting tissues compared to normofractionated schedules for many clinical scenarios at CONV dose rates, we developed a formalism based on the biologically effective dose (BED) to assess the minimum magnitude of the FLASH effect needed to compensate the loss of late-reacting NT sparing when reducing the number of fractions compared to a normofractionated CONV treatment schedule while remaining isoeffective to the tumor.
Methods: By requiring the same BED for the tumor, we derived the "break-even NT sparing weighting factor" W for the linear-quadratic (LQ) and LQ-linear (LQ-L) models for an NT region irradiated at a relative dose r (relative to the prescribed dose per fraction d to the tumor).

Purpose Of Review: Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-associated neoplasms derived from natural killer (NK) or T cells comprise a group of clinically and biologically heterogenous disorders affecting children and adults, which are overall rare but more prevalent in Asia and South America. This review focuses on neoplasms presenting in the adulthood, addressing recent genomic discoveries as well as therapeutic developments in these highly aggressive disorders.
Recent Findings: Distinct molecular subtypes of extranodal NK/T-cell lymphomas (ENKTCLs) have been described, with differences in cell of origin, EBV pattern, genomic alterations, clinical characteristics, response to asparaginase-based therapies and to more recent approaches targeting molecular aberrations of the lymphoma.

Precision medicine is entering a new era of digital diagnostics; the availability of integrated digital pathology (DP) and structured clinical datasets has the potential to become a key catalyst for biomedical research, education and business development. In Europe, national programs for sharing of this data will be crucial for the development, testing, and validation of machine learning-enabled tools supporting clinical decision-making. Here, the Swiss Digital Pathology Consortium (SDiPath) discusses the creation of a Swiss Digital Pathology Infrastructure (SDPI), which aims to develop a unified national DP network bringing together the Swiss Personalized Health Network (SPHN) with Swiss university hospitals and subsequent inclusion of cantonal and private institutions.

Narcolepsy with cataplexy or narcolepsy type 1 is a disabling chronic sleep disorder resulting from the destruction of orexinergic neurons in the hypothalamus. The tight association of narcolepsy with HLA-DQB1*06:02 strongly suggest an autoimmune origin to this disease. Furthermore, converging epidemiological studies have identified an increased incidence for narcolepsy in Europe following Pandemrix® vaccination against the 2009-2010 pandemic 'influenza' virus strain.

Background: Ultra-high dose-rate (UHDR) irradiations (>40 Gy/s) have recently garnered interest in radiotherapy (RT) as they can trigger the so-called "FLASH" effect, namely a higher tolerance of normal tissues in comparison with conventional dose rates when a sufficiently high dose is delivered to the tissue. To transfer this to clinical RT treatments, adapted methods and practical tools for online dosimetry need to be developed. Ionization chambers remain the gold standards in RT but the charge recombination effects may be very significant at such high dose rates, limiting the use of some of these dosimeters.

Background: Cardiac allograft vasculopathy (CAV) is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality for heart transplant recipients. DUSP22 gene rearrangements are recurrent in systemic and cutaneous ALK-negative anaplastic large cell lymphomas, rarely encountered in other cutaneous CD30+ lymphoproliferations, and typically absent in other peripheral T-cell lymphomas. We report the case of a 51-year-old woman, with longstanding celiac disease and a rapidly enlarging leg ulcer, due to a DUSP22-rearranged CD30+ T-cell lymphoproliferation. Subsequent history revealed an intestinal enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma (EATL).
