Introduction And Importance: Pyolaryngocele is a very rare and serious complication of laryngocoele. The clinical presentation can be extremely severe acute epiglottitis with laryngeal dyspnea and major dysphagia. The treatment of choice is surgical excision.

Purpose: The first molecular evidence of a monogenic predisposition to mycobacteria came from the study of Mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease (MSMD). We aimed to study this Mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial diseases in Moroccan kindreds through clinical, immunological, and genetic analysis.

Methods: Patients presented with clinical features of MSMD were recruited into this study.

Introduction: Isolated fracture of the trochlea is a rarely reported entity. To the best of our knowledge, only 15 cases have been published. We report the case of a patient with an isolated fracture of the trochlea and discuss through a literature review the underlying mechanisms and the clinical, radiological and therapeutic features of this lesion.
