Aims: Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) of infliximab (IFX) appears to be beneficial for patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). However, the recommended target concentrations depend partly on the method used to quantify IFX. Since we recently developed a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method to quantify IFX, we aimed to determine IFX trough concentrations (Cmin) associated with biological remission.

Introduction: Ideal treatment of acute acromioclavicular joint (ACJ) dislocation remains unresolved. We evaluated ACJ reconstruction using polyester tapes and temporary Kirschner wire (KW) and presented clinical and radiological outcomes.
Materials And Methods: Patients were retrospectively evaluated and classified according to Rockwood classification, clinical and sportive characteristics.

Background: Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) is a rare neonatal condition affecting about 1‰ births. Despite a significant improvement in the management of this condition in the last ten years, HIE remains associated with high rates of death and severe neurological disability. From September 2015 to March 2017, a French national cohort of HIE cases was conducted to estimate the extent of long-term moderate and severe neurodevelopmental disability at 3 years and its determinants.

They are used to treat inflammatory diseases. Clinical trials have suggested that therapeutic drug monitoring for ADA or IFX could improve treatment response and cost effectiveness.

Introduction: Osteochondrosis is characterized by a disturbance of enchondral ossification in skeletally immature patients and should be investigated in children having a history of persistent foot and ankle pain. Involvement of the medial malleolar epiphysis is rarely reported.
Presentation Of Case: We describe the case of a sporty 12-year-old male with osteochondrosis of the left medial malleolar epiphysis treated with a conservative management.

Objective: To describe the disability status of non-selected hospitalized persons.
Methods And Findings: We conducted a cross-sectional survey to assess activity limitations of every person older than 18 years hospitalized in a regional university hospital covering all medical fields. Evaluators rated, on a scale from 0 to 4, 22 selected items of the International Classification of Functioning (ICF), covering the 6 following domains: learning and applying knowledge, general tasks and demands, communication, mobility, self-care, and interpersonal interactions and relationships.

Objective: To investigate the short-term adverse events and effectiveness of lumacaftor/ivacaftor combination treatment in adults with cystic fibrosis (CF) and severe lung disease in a real life setting.
Methods: A multicentre observational study investigated adverse events, treatment discontinuation, FEV and body mass index (BMI) one month and three months after lumacaftor/ivacaftor initiation in adults with CF and FEV below 40% predicted.
Results: Respiratory adverse events (AEs) were reported by 27 of 53 subjects (51%) and 16 (30%) discontinued treatment.

Introduction: Risk scores for the prediction of haemorrhage are poorly predictive of major bleeding. The aim of this study was to refine the estimation of bleeding risk by identifying one or several parameters of prognostic significance among these algorithms.
Materials And Methods: The SCORE study was a prospective, multicentre cohort study conducted in France in 2009-2010.

Background: Cell therapy is an emerging potential biotherapy for critical limb ischaemia (CLI) patients who are not eligible for revascularization. However, the findings on this technique's efficacy are inconsistent. Trials investigating this topic focused on the more severe CLI patients who were often beyond any therapy.

Cytomegalovirus (CMV) colitis is uncommon in immunocompetent patients, despite a high seroprevalence rate of CMV in the general population. CMV infection has been described in individuals with compromised immune systems: in AIDS, under corticosteroid and immune modulating treatment, with cancer or haematological malignancies. Its most frequent clinical presentation is a necrotising ulcerative form; pseudotumoural CMV colitis has been described as highly exceptional.
