Introduction And Importance: Aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) is a benign lytic bone tumor of the skeletal system but locally destructive lesion of unknown origin. It often occurs in childhood and usually involves the metaphyseal region of long bones; thus, its localisation in the calcaneum remains rare; its atypical presentation in our case makes it remarkable.
Case Presentation: We describe a case of a young patient who suffered from chronic heel pain, in whom the clinical examination finds swelling and pain on palpation.
Introduction The role of diet in the onset or aggravation of chronic diseases, especially chronic inflammatory rheumatic disease (CIRD), such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA) or spondyloarthritis (SpA), is a question frequently asked by patients. Our study aims to investigate whether Moroccan patients report a relationship between certain diets and disease symptoms and to study whether patients adopt specific dietary behaviours in order to relieve their symptoms. Methods This is a cross-sectional survey that included all patients followed for CIRD.

We present a case report of a young patient with an inducible type 1 Brugada pattern on an electrocardiogram (ECG), accompanied by a comprehensive literature review. The 19-year-old patient presented with dizziness and exhibited a type 2 Brugada pattern on admission ECG, which converted to a type 1 pattern following an Ajmaline test.

Current evidence suggests that intrathoracic gas effusions (pneumomediastinum and pneumothorax) may be observed among COVID-19 patients even without mechanical ventilation. Here, we report 9 patients who developed spontaneous intrathoracic gas effusions in the absence of mechanical ventilation. The incidence of spontaneous intrathoracic gas effusions is low at 0.

To date, the occurrence of adverse events following immunization after COVID-19 vaccine is rare, and their report is still very poor; however, causality assessment is conducted to identify the associated cause, if they occur. In this case report, we present a case of an association of three cutaneous manifestations (maculopapular exanthem with enanthem, site injection reaction, and rosacea exacerbation) occurring three days after taking the first dose of AstraZeneca AZD1222 vaccine.

Pseudotumoral forms of demyelination are related to central nervous system demyelinating disorders, usually considered to be an atypical presentation of multiple sclerosis including its different varieties such as Balo's, Schilder's, and Marburg diseases. These lesions could also be seen in myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated demyelination, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM), and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder. The pseudotumoral aspect may be mistakenly considered as an abscess or a cancerous tumor, in which case, patients could endure unnecessary possibly harmful brain biopsy and have a delay in their disease diagnostics and management.

Objectives: Health care workers (HCWs) adopted several protective measures, including hand hygiene and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) during the COVID-19 outbreak.
