Objective: Information on the persistence of tofacitinib (TOF) in psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is scarce in real-world conditions. Our objective was to analyze the persistence and safety of TOF under these conditions.
Methods: This was a single-center retrospective longitudinal observational study of all patients with PsA who received at least 1 dose of TOF.

Objective: Axial involvement in patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a common subset of this condition, but a unanimous definition has yet to be established. It has been defined by using different criteria, ranging from the presence of at least unilateral grade 2 sacroiliitis to those used for ankylosing spondylitis (AS), or simply the presence of inflammatory low back pain (IBP). Our aim was to identify and evaluate the efficacy of therapeutic interventions for treatment of axial disease in PsA.

Introduction: Acute ischemic strokes with tandem occlusions, which represent 10-20% of all ischemic strokes, have a particularly poor prognosis. Since emergent treatment of tandem lesions has not been specifically addressed in randomized trials, there is an absence of standardized management.
Objective: We sought to assess the efficacy and safety of acute endovascular treatment in stroke due to tandem occlusions in our center and compare the results with previous reports.
