The current research focused on the synthesis of two series of pyrazole derivatives and evaluation of their insecticidal effectiveness. In the first series, seven pyrazole Schiff bases 3a-g were successfully synthesized with yields (79-95%) by condensing phenylfuran-2-carbaldehyde with substituted pyrazole rings. In the second series, eleven amino acid-pyrazole conjugates 6a-k were synthesized utilizing acetic acid, sulfuric acid, morpholine, and EDC.

This study aims to examine the landscape transformation and temperature dynamics using multiple spectral indices. The processes of temporal fluctuations in the land surface temperature is strongly related to the morphological features of the area in which the temperature is determined, and the given factors significantly affect the thermal properties of the surface. This research is being conducted in Pakistan to identify the vegetation cover, water bodies, impervious surfaces, and land surface temperature using decadal remote sensing data with four intervals during 1993-2023 in the Mardan division, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Organic photovoltaics (OPVs) have improved greatly in recent years in pursuit for efficient and sustainable energy conversion methods. Specifically, utilizing quantum chemistry approaches such as density functional theory (DFT), the electronic structures, energy levels, and charge transport characteristics of donor-π-acceptor (D-π-A) systems based on non-fullerene donor and acceptor molecules have been examined and synthesized. Non-fullerene acceptors offer several advantages over traditional fullerene-based materials, such as enhanced light absorption, modifiable energy levels, and reduced recombination losses.

Nickel (Ni) is required in trace amounts (less than 500 µg kg) in plants to regulate metabolic processes, the immune system, and to act as an enzymatic catalytic cofactor. Conversely, when nickel is present in high concentration, it is considered as a toxic substance. Excessive human nickel exposure occurs through ingestion, inhalation, and skin contact, ultimately leading to respiratory, cardiovascular, and chronic kidney diseases.
