This study focuses on developing hybrid scaffolds incorporating phytotherapeutic agents via a combination of three-dimensional (3D) printing and electrospinning to enhance mechanical properties and provide antibacterial activity, in order to address the limitations of traditional antibiotics. In this regard, 3D-printed polycaprolactone (PCL) struts are first fabricated using fused deposition modeling (FDM). Methods: Eight patients with severe tooth wear progression were retrospectively included, with IOSs taken at baseline and 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year follow-ups. For alignment, the automated method segmented the arch into separate teeth in the IOSs.

Antibody-mediated rejection (AMR) is among the most frequent causes for graft loss after kidney transplantation. While there are no approved therapies, several case reports with daratumumab and the very recent phase 2 trial of felzartamab in AMR have indicated the potential efficacy of therapeutic interventions targeting CD38.
