Introduction: Current trends of delaying childbearing and the increasing incidence of endometrial cancer in nulliparous woman necessitate research and development of fertility sparing treatments. Hormonal therapy with progestins offers an alternative to surgical treatment for a select group of patients of reproductive-age, who wish to preserve their reproductive potential.
Materials And Methods: The study evaluates the effectiveness of medroxyprogesterone acetate therapy in patients with early-stage endometrial cancer, atypical endometrial hyperplasia or atypical polypoid adenomyoma, seeking to preserve fertility.

Objective: To evaluate whether compliance with European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO) surgery quality indicators impacts disease-free survival in patients undergoing radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer.
Methods: In this retrospective cohort study, 15 ESGO quality indicators were assessed in the SUCCOR database (patients who underwent radical hysterectomy for International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stage 2009 IB1, FIGO 2018 IB1, and IB2 cervical cancer between January 2013 and December 2014), and the final score ranged between 0 and 16 points. Centers with more than 13 points were classified as high-quality indicator compliance centers.

Aim: Aim of the study was to compare outcomes of pregnancy in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) treated with metformin, insulin, or diet.
Material And Methods: The study included 48 women with GDM treated with metformin, 101 with insulin, and 200 women on a diet from the Outpatient Department of Endocrinology and University Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Skopje.

Aim: To evaluate the factors that influence the surgical margin state in patients undergoing cold knife conization at the University Clinic of Gynecology and Obstetrics in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia Materials and methods: We have retrospectively analyzed the medical records of all patients that underwent a cold knife conization at our Clinic in 2015. We cross-referenced the surgical margin state with the histopathological diagnosis (LSIL, HSIL or micro-invasive/invasive cancer), menopausal status of the patients, number of pregnancies, surgeon experience, operating time and cone depth. The data was analyzed with the Chi square test, Fisher's exact test for categorical data and Student's T test for continuous data and univariate and multivariate logistical regressions were performed.

Background: Keratoacanthoma (KA) is a rapidly growing epithelial tumour with histopathologic and clinical features similar to squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and a certain tendency toward spontaneous regression.
Case Presentation: This article presents a unique and rare case of keratoacanthoma arising from the upper lip of a young male patient. These two features are in contrast to most of the reported cases in elder male individuals and on the lower lip.

Background: Ovarian endometriotic cysts, also known as 'chocolate' cysts or ovarian endometriomas, appear as endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity which grows inside ovaries. Endometriotic cysts can cause chronic pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, impairment of ovarian function in regards to subfertility, etc. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is effectively treating subfertility associated with endometriosis for years, and the treatment gives positive results in achieving pregnancy.

This is the case of an advanced stage carcinosarcoma uteri, in a patient with limited therapy options. Carcinosarcomas (malignant mixed Müllerian tumors) are histologically composed of malignant epithelial and mesenchymal components. Sarcomatous component of this mixed tumor in the present patient was of heterologous-type chondrosarcoma.

Introduction: It is now believed that the majority of cervical cancer is preceded by long-term infection with high-risk types of the human papilloma virus (HPV). The presence of HPV high-risk types (HR-HPV) in the cells of intraepithelial change multiplies the possibility of its progressive development to high-grade cervical precancer and invasive disease.
Aim: This study examined the correlation of HPV infection with cytology, colposcopy, and histopathological examination of the bioptic tissue in low- and high-grade cervical lesions.
