Background And Aim: Fournier gangrene (FG) is a necrotizing fasciitis of perineal and/or genital regions that may progressively spread; necrotic tissue may cause morbidity and mortality related to sepsis and multi-organ dysfunction. Surgical intervention required for patients with Fournier gangrene may vary according to the severity of the infection. A Fournier Gangrene Severity Index (FGSI) has been devised to assess the risk of mortality in patients with Fournier gangrene.

Encysted spermatic cord hydroceles in 3-year old boy, case report.

Hydrocele of the spermatic cord is a rare anomaly which occurs when closure of processus vaginalis was hampered. There are two variations of a spermatic cord hydrocele: the encysted variety that does not communicate with the peritoneal cavity and the funicular variety that communicates with the peritoneal cavity. This case report depicts the clinical investigation and management of a rare case of encysted spermatic cord hydrocele in a 3-year-old boy.

Urinary bladder stone usually is a manifestation of other pathological process, including foreign object or micturition dysfunction. Urinary bladder diverticula can cause urinary stasis that leads to urinary bladder stone. We present a very rare case which is bladder neck diverticula stone in 36-year-old male with multiple congenital anomaly (Jarcho-Levin syndrome) with stone in urinary bladder neck diverticula and the management in our treatment facility.
