This article looks at the challenges of sedoanalgesia for sepsis patients, and argues for a personalised approach. Sedation is a necessary part of treatment for patients in intensive care to reduce stress and anxiety and improve long-term prognoses. Sepsis patients present particular difficulties as they are at increased risk of a wide range of complications, such as multiple organ failure, neurological dysfunction, septic shock, ARDS, abdominal compartment syndrome, vasoplegic syndrome, and myocardial dysfunction.

Introduction: Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) has been classified into demyelinating and axonal subtypes or forms, such as acute motor axonal neuropathy (AMAN) and regional pharyngeal-cervical-brachial variant (PCBv).
Objective: To study the relationship between motor nerve conduction blocks (CBs) and prognosis in AMAN and PCBv.
Patients And Methods: We retrospectively analyzed six cases of AMAN and PCBv with serial nerve conduction studies (NCS) and electromyography (EMG).

Purpose: To evaluate the mid-term clinical outcomes of transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE) for adhesive capsulitis (AC) resistant to medical treatments.
Materials And Methods: This is a prospective analysis performed between February 2016 and February 2020. Inclusion criteria for TAE were shoulder pain, restriction of movement and no response to conservative treatment for at least 3 months.
