Underwater propagation was modeled for three proposed floating wind farms using JASCO's Marine Operations Noise Model (MONM), which integrates a parabolic equation method for frequencies from 10 to 800 Hz and a beam-tracing model for 1 to 25 kHz.

The aim was to map evidence on the quality of records in the Mortality Information System (SIM) through a national scoping review of articles published up to April 2023 across five databases (PubMed, Embase, Scopus, LILACS, and SciELO). Studies focused on specific causes of death were excluded. Dimensions evaluated included accessibility, methodological clarity, coverage, completeness, reliability, consistency, non-duplication, timeliness, validity, and studies on ill-defined causes/garbage codes.

Background: Monitoring the efficacy of the sterile insect technique (SIT) programs, it is desirable to discriminate between wild and sterile tsetse males captured in monitoring traps. The Quality-of-Care Network (QCN), launched by WHO and partners, links global and national actors across several countries to improve maternal and newborn health. We conducted a prospective qualitative study to examine how QCN in Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Malawi and Uganda facilitated learning, sharing, and innovation within and between network countries. We conducted 227 key informant interviews with QCN actors at global, national, and facility levels iteratively in two to four rounds from June 2019 to March 2022.
