Our Experience of Distal and Total Urethrectomies in Post Irradiated Vulvar Malignancies in Low Resource Settings: A Single Centre Study.

Generally tumour is seen involving adjacent organs, like the vagina, anus, and urethra. Damage to the sphincter system leads to urinary incontinence.
