Objective: The objective of the study is to compare and investigate the combined and individual effects of workstation ergonomics, physiotherapy and patient education in improving CgH headaches and work ability in office workers.

Methods: 96 eligible CgH participants were divided into the ergonomics modifications group (EMG;  = 24), physiotherapy group (PTG;  = 24), and ergonomics modifications combined with physiotherapy group (EPG;  = 24) and education control group (CNG;  = 24), the participants received the respective treatment for 4 weeks. Primary (CgH frequency) and secondary (CgH pain intensity, CgH disability, flexion rotation test (right and left), neck disability index and work ability) scores were measured.

Background: Multidrug resistance (MDR), mainly caused by ATP-binding cassette transporters (ABCTs) efflux, makes it difficult for many anticancer drugs to treat breast cancer (BC). is a lesser-known plant species belonging to the genus that grows in Kazakhstan. The aim of this study was to characterize the composition of the ethanolic, water, and hydroethanolic extracts from the aerial parts of by HPLC-ESI-QTOF-MS/MS to isolate the major compound isoquercitrin by HSCCC (High-Speed Counter-Current Chromatography) and to determine the cytotoxicity and anti-inflammatory potential of the extracts produced with this plant. Fingerprinting of the analyzed extracts showed the presence of a multitude of metabolites comprising polyphenols, organic acids, and coumarins, and only trace quantities of cardiac glycosides in the analyzed samples.

In this manuscript, aims to examine the uniqueness and existence of impulsive non-local conditions, as well as classical and mild solutions to the fractional Cauchy problem in time scales. The main results are derived by the Gronwall inequality and the Banach fixed point theorem in time scales. Eventually, we offered an example to demonstrate the suitability of the conclusions on the fractional Cauchy issue on a time scale.
