This manuscript serves as a follow-up to our previous work, "Bibliometric Analysis: A Few Suggestions," where we highlighted key aspects of bibliometric research and offered recommendations for improving its rigor. In this draft, we expand on those ideas and provide additional suggestions aimed at enhancing the depth and scope of bibliometric analysis. By analyzing 36 randomly selected bibliometric studies, we identified common practices and gaps in the field, which informed the inclusion of new recommendations not covered in our earlier paper.

Introduction: The impact of the distance of the tumor from the main hepatic vessels (DTV), such as the Glissonean pedicle or hepatic veins, on oncological outcomes for Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients is relatively understudied. Therefore, the objective of this study was to explore the correlation between DTV and survival in patients with HCC after curative hepatic resection.
Methods: Consecutive patients who underwent curative-intent liver surgery for HCC between April 2018 and May 2023 were identified from a prospective database.

Aim: Breast cancer (BC), a disease in which abnormal breast cells grow out of control and form tumors, is a prevalent life-threatening disease worldwide. Oxidative stress has been implicated in the development and progression of various cancers, including BC. Assessing lipid peroxidation and overall antioxidant status in BC offers valuable information on disease progression, patient prognosis, and the effectiveness of therapeutic options.

Inositol polyphosphate-5-phosphatase E (INPP5E) is a 5-phosphatase critically involved in diverse physiological processes, including embryonic development, neurological function, immune regulation, hemopoietic cell dynamics, and macrophage proliferation, differentiation, and phagocytosis. Mutations in cause Joubert and Meckel-Gruber syndromes in humans; these are characterized by brain malformations, microphthalmia, situs inversus, skeletal abnormalities, and polydactyly. Recent studies have demonstrated the key role of INPP5E in governing intracellular processes like endocytosis, exocytosis, vesicular trafficking, and membrane dynamics.

Purpose: To investigate how varying ferrule heights and the number of glass fiber posts affect fracture resistance and behavior of endodontically treated maxillary first premolars with substantial loss of tooth structure.
Materials And Methods: Twenty-four extracted endodontically treated human maxillary first premolars were divided into three groups (n = 8) based on ferrule height and post number. The groups were as follows: premolars of 2 mm ferrule height that were restored with single posts (control group), premolars of 0.

With the growing threat of organic pollutants in water bodies, there is an urgent need for sustainable and efficient water decontamination methods. This research focused on synthesizing a novel Z-scheme ternary heterostructure composed of graphene oxide (GO)-mediated polyaniline (PANI) with α-FeO and investigated its potential in brilliant green (BrG) and ciprofloxacin (CIP) degradation tests under visible light. The ternary composite demonstrated exceptional photocatalytic activity, with the optimized 10%PANI/GO/α-FeO (10PGF) photocatalyst achieving 99.

Methanol is a widely used industrial and household alcohol that poses significant health risks upon exposure. Despite its extensive use, methanol poisoning remains a critical public health concern globally, often resulting from accidental or intentional ingestion and outbreaks linked to contaminated beverages. Methanol toxicity stems from its metabolic conversion to formaldehyde and formic acid, leading to severe metabolic acidosis and multiorgan damage, including profound CNS effects and visual impairments.

The antioxidant/antiapoptotic features of dapagliflozin (DPG) have mediated its beneficial actions against several experimental models. However, no studies have been conducted to determine whether DPG mitigates the renal injury triggered by cadmium (Cd). Herein, DPG was studied for its potential to attenuate kidney damage in Cd-intoxicated rats, as well as to unravel the mechanisms involving oxidative events, autophagy, and apoptosis.

Late wilt disease caused by the fungal pathogen represents a major threat to maize cultivation in the Mediterranean region. Developing resistant hybrids and high-yielding offers a cost-effective and environmentally sustainable solution to mitigate yield losses. Therefore, this study evaluated genetic variation, combining abilities, and inheritance patterns in newly developed twenty-seven maize hybrids for grain yield and resistance to late wilt disease under artificial inoculation across two growing seasons.

This theoretical work focuses on the application of Tamm resonance-based biosensing using a one-dimensional photonic crystal for detecting skin vitiligo, a condition caused by the loss of pigment in the body. This biosensor utilizes the interaction of light with the photonic structure to identify the specific biomarkers associated with vitiligo. The proposed structure is composed of prism/Ag/skin-sample/(GaP/PS)/glass.

A Schiff base of Chitosan was prepared by condensing of the Chitosan (CS) with six aromatic aldehydes and confirmed by FT-IR, NMR, XRD, TGA, and DSC. XRD results showed the disappeared of peaks at 2θ = 10° for CS and appeared one peaks at around 2θ of 23° for Schiff bases, while TGA was demonstrated that the thermal stability of CS has improved after the modification with the corresponding aldehyde. Also, DSC shows endothermal peak of CS at 100 °C due to the loss of water and second thermal event related to the decomposition of amine units with an exothermic peak at 295 °C, while Schiff bases shows endothermal peak around 70-95 °C which is related to the loss of water for all samples and the second exothermic peak around 260-280 °C is related to the decomposition of the amine group in the polymer units.

Objective: Dasatinib (DTB) is a second-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor that was found it could help with lung cancer treatment. However, DTB has low aqueous solubility and poor bioavailability due to its incomplete absorption and high first-pass effect. The objective of this study was to improve DTB's solubility, delivery, and efficacy as a potential lung cancer treatment by developing an inhalable DTB-nanoemulsion (DNE) formulation.

Aims: Apical Periodontitis (AP) involves complex interactions between the root canal microbiome and the host immune response, with potential risk of local and systemic inflammatory burden, however there is no evidence available regarding correlation between microbiome and inflammatory marker levels. This study aims to identify the microbiome of saliva, intracanal and blood samples in AP subjects and investigate the correlation between intracanal and blood microbiomes with serum inflammatory biomarker levels, and salivary microbiomes with salivary inflammatory biomarker levels.
Methodology: Saliva, Intracanal and blood samples were collected from AP patients undergoing root canal retreatment.
