The data suggest the possibility of the activation of purinergic system of the brain during the development of main risk factors for cerebrovascular pathology (age, arterial hypertension, diabetes), as a stereotypical mechanism that can affect the homeostasis of the ensemble "neuron-glia-capillary".

In theoretical part we used generalized scientific methods of research such as analysis and synthesis to determine all the financial support sources in healthcare. In practical part we used the bulk of raw and processed statistical data and forecasting engine from Excel 2019 to understand the development trends of the healthcare financing sources and to define the level of their maturity based on their development lines.

Effect of primary stenting of coronary arteries on clinical course and remodeling of the left ventricle in patients with acute st segment elevation myocardial infarction (results after 12 months).
