Background: Coccidioidomycosis, caused by inhalation of spp. spores, is an emerging infectious disease that is increasing in incidence throughout the southwestern US. As part of an ongoing effort to generate comprehensive resources for the experimental analysis of fourth chromosome genes in Drosophila melanogaster, the Fourth Chromosome Resource Project has used CRISPR mutagenesis with single guide RNAs to isolate mutations in 62 of the 80 fourth chromosome, protein-coding genes. These mutations were induced on a fourth chromosome bearing a basal FRT insertion to facilitate experimental approaches involving FLP recombinase-induced mitotic recombination. The present study examined the impact of COVID-19 among  = 83 students enrolled in two universities across five graduate-level behavioral health training programs - clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychiatric nursing, and social work. A conduction heat transfer analysis of ex situ lift-out specimen handling under cryogenic conditions (cryo-EXLO) is performed and compared with experimentally determined temperature values using a type K thermocouple. Using a finite-volume solver for heat conduction, the analysis confirms that manipulation of a specimen by a probe above a working surface cooled at liquid nitrogen (LN2) temperatures can remain below the critical vitreous temperature up to several hundreds of micrometers above the working surface, allowing for ample distance for lift out and specimen manipulation. Methods: Eighty eyes with a variety of retinal and choroidal lesions were assessed on the same time point using Topcon color fundus photography (CFP) montage, Optos red/green (RG), Heidelberg SPECTRALIS MultiColor 55-color montage (MCI), and novel Optos red/green/blue (RGB).
