Cancer clinical trials (CCTs) are critical to translation and development of better therapies to improve outcomes. CCTs require adequate patient involvement but accrual rates are low globally. Moreover, inhibition of tumor-induced vascular permeability has been shown to inhibit metastasis in vivo.
