Objectives: /Hypothesis: The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy and outcome of daily hypertonic saline irrigation versus saline/xylitol for treating pediatric chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS).
Study Design: This was a prospective, randomized, single-blinded study.
Methods: One hundred and twenty-five children diagnosed with CRS were enrolled in this study.
