This study aimed to investigate the relationship between nurses' Internet addiction, sleep quality and sleepiness. Research data were collected with an online and face-to-face introduction form, the Internet addiction scale (IAS), the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and the Epworth sleepiness scale (ESS) between January and April 2022. In data analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple regression analysis were performed.

Behavioural Changes of Late Talkers During the Covid-19 Pandemic, One Year Follow-Up From a Community Sample.

Aim: Global threats to child health and well-being, compounded by the COVID-19 pandemic, have put child development at grave risk. This study aimed to observe the behavioural changes of children with isolated language delays from a paediatric outpatient clinic as a community sample during the pandemic with a 1-year follow-up.

Methods: Patients admitted to the paediatrics outpatient clinic due to isolated language delays were included in the study.

The aim of this study was to determine and compare the diagnostic accuracies of two commercial pregnancy-associated glycoprotein tests, Alertys OnFarm Pregnancy Test (AOPT) and Alertys Milk Pregnancy Test (AMPT), for early pregnancy diagnosis in dairy cattle. Holstein cows (n = 124) were used in the study. Whole blood samples were collected from the jugular vein 28 days after fixed-time artificial insemination (FTAI).

Fetal Cardiac Function and Remodeling in In Vitro Fertilization Pregnancies: A Tertiary Center Experience.

Purpose: To investigate fetal cardiac functions and remodeling in pregnancies conceived via in vitro fertilization (IVF).

Methods: This prospective case-control study included 40 singleton IVF pregnancies and 46 uncomplicated control pregnancies at 28-36 weeks of gestation. The IVF group consisted of pregnancies applied to the outpatient clinic, excluding those with anatomical or chromosomal abnormalities.

Effect of a Nurse-Led Omaha System-Based Mobile Health Application in Managing Symptoms and Enhancing Quality of Life in Patients With a Communicable Disease: A Randomized Controlled Trial.

This study investigated the effects of a nurse-led Omaha System-based mobile health application on physical, psychosocial, and cognitive symptoms and quality of life in patients with COVID-19 followed at home. This randomized control trial was conducted on 60 patients followed at home (30 in each intervention and control group). The intervention group received a nurse-led Omaha System-based mobile health application named COVOS, and the control group received usual care.

Knee phenotypes distribution according to CPAK classification in Turkish population.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the distribution of knee phenotypes based on the CPAK classification in healthy nonarthritic subjects and osteoarthritic patients in Türkiye.

Methods: Radiological EOS analysis of nonarthritic 1172 knees and osteoarthritic 571 knees was evaluated to clarify the distribution of CPAK classification. The knees were categorized into 9 subgroups according to the arithmetic hip-knee-ankle (aHKA) angle and joint-line obliquity (JLO).

Cultural differences in diagnosis and treatment perceptions: Turkish collectivistic representations of common mental disorders.

Purpose: Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is less diagnosed among Turkish children, and Turkish clients drop out more often from depression treatments than Dutch clients. This article proposes that cultural differences in collectivistic versus individualistic perceptions of getting an ADHD diagnosis and being treated for depression might explain these ethnic disparities, which have been explored in this study.

Nivolumab plus ipilimumab versus nivolumab in microsatellite instability-high metastatic colorectal cancer (CheckMate 8HW): a randomised, open-label, phase 3 trial.

Background: CheckMate 8HW prespecified dual primary endpoints, assessed in patients with centrally confirmed microsatellite instability-high or mismatch repair-deficient status: progression-free survival with nivolumab plus ipilimumab compared with chemotherapy as first-line therapy and progression-free survival with nivolumab plus ipilimumab compared with nivolumab alone, regardless of previous systemic treatment for metastatic disease. Here, we report results from the prespecified interim analysis for the other primary endpoint of progression-free survival for nivolumab plus ipilimumab versus nivolumab across all treatment lines.

Cardiac thrombus: can T1 and T2 mapping replace contrast enhanced images?

Aim: The aim of the study was to evaluate and compare contrast-to-noise ratios (CNRs) and signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) of pre- and postcontrast T1 maps, T2 maps, early and late gadolinium images in terms of visual assessment of cardiac thrombus, to see if maps can replace contrast-enhanced images for detection of cardiac thrombus.

Materials And Methods: T1, T2 maps, and postcontrast images of 22 patients with cardiac thrombus were retrospectively evaluated for SNR and CNR. SNR and CNR values of thrombus, blood pool, and myocardium measured at maps and contrast-enhanced images were compared with each other.

Detecting IDH and TERTp mutations in diffuse gliomas using H-MRS with attention deep-shallow networks.

Background: Preoperative and noninvasive detection of isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) and telomerase reverse transcriptase gene promoter (TERTp) mutations in glioma is critical for prognosis and treatment planning. This study aims to develop deep learning classifiers to identify IDH and TERTp mutations using proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (H-MRS) and a one-dimensional convolutional neural network (1D-CNN) architecture.
