Background: Anoikis, a unique form of cell death, serves as a vital part of the organism's defense by preventing shedding cells from re-attaching to the incorrect positions, and plays pivotal role in cancer metastasis. Nonetheless, the specific mechanisms among anoikis, the clinical prognosis and tumor microenvironment (TME) of bladder cancer (BLCA) are insufficiently understood.
Method: BLCA patients were classified into different anoikis subtypes based on the expression of candidate anoikis-related genes (ARGs), and differences in the clinicopathological features, TME, immune cell infiltration, and immune checkpoints between two anoikis subtypes were analyzed.

Objective: As colorectal cancer (CRC) remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths, understanding novel therapeutic mechanisms is crucial. This research focuses on the role of extracellular vesicles (EVs) from bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) in delivering miR-766-3p to CRC cells, targeting the MYC/CDK2 signaling axis.
Methods: Differentially expressed genes between BMSCs-EVs and CRC were identified using the Gene Expression Omnibus database.
Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) is a malignant tumor primarily originating from the salivary glands, capable of affecting multiple organs. Although ACC typically exhibits slow growth, it is notorious for its propensity for neural invasion, local recurrence, and distant metastasis, making it a particularly challenging cancer to treat. The complexity of ACC's histological and molecular features poses significant challenges to current treatment modalities, which often show limited effectiveness.

Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) represent one of the major components of the tumor stroma, which might create an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment by inducing and functionally polarizing protumoral macrophages. Previous studies indicated that exosomes derived from CAFs might transmit regulating signals and boost esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) development. This study is designed to explore the role and mechanism of CAFs-derived exosomal microRNA-889-3p (miR-889-3p) in ESCC progression.
