Data recovery from monolithic storage devices (MSDs) is in high demand for legal or business purposes. However, the conventional data recovery methods are destructive, complicated, and time-consuming. We develop a robotic-arm-assisted optical coherence tomography (robotic-OCT) for non-destructive inspection of MSDs, offering ~7 μm lateral resolution, ~4 μm axial resolution and an adjustable field-of-view to accommodate various MSD sizes.

Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) can provide in vivo three-dimensional microvasculature information of bio-tissues, but it is sensitive to motion and time-consuming. To overcome these limitations, we propose an adaptive multiple time interval correlation mapping OCTA with a time-efficient scanning protocol and motion compensation algorithms. A spectral-domain OCT with a center wavelength of 850 nm, A-scan rate of 120 kHz and spatial resolution of 4.
