We scrutinized the current landscape of multi-omics and spatial multi-omics technologies, accentuating their combined potential with AI to provide unparalleled insights into the molecular intricacies and spatial heterogeneity inherent to DLBCL. Despite current progress, we acknowledge the hurdles that impede the full utilization of these technologies, such as the integration and sophisticated analysis of complex datasets, the necessity for standardized protocols, the reproducibility of findings, and the interpretation of their biological significance.

Background: Immune checkpoint inhibitors play an important role in the treatment of solid tumors, but the currently used immune checkpoint inhibitors targeting programmed cell death-1 (PD-1), programmed cell death ligand-1 (PD-L1), and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4 (CTLA-4) show limited clinical efficacy in many breast cancers. B7H3 has been widely reported as an immunosuppressive molecule, but its immunological function in breast cancer patients remains unclear.

Further exploration of the context-specific roles of liver kinase B1 (LKB1; encoded by ) observed that it regulates AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and AMPK-related kinases. Given that both migration and proliferation are enhanced with the loss of LKB1 activity combined with the prevalence of genetic alterations in cancer biopsies, LKB1 was marked as a tumor suppressor.

However, these registers support only single-write operations, and the signal transfer involves cumbersome and time-consuming register movements, limiting the speed of sequential computing.
