Background: No studies on neoadjuvant chemotherapy for gastric cancer (GC) with T4b stage were reported. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of neoadjuvant chemotherapy using DCS regimen (docetaxel, cisplatin, and S-1) for GC with T4b stage.
Methods: Forty-three patients diagnosed GC with surgical or clinical T4b stage received three or four preoperative cycles of DCS therapy followed by gastrectomy and lymphadenectomy between Jan-2018 and Dec-2022.

Acute treatment typically induces hypokinesia, resembling parkinsonism, while repeated use can result in tardive dyskinesia, a hyperkinetic syndrome marked by involuntary orofacial movements, such as vacuous chewing movements in mice. Background: Modern pharmacological studies have demonstrated that although triptolide (TP) is effective against hepatocellular carcinoma, it has poor water solubility and more toxic side effects. In this study, we used triptolide (TP), a bioactive constituent in Hook F, as a model drug to develop a novel nano-liposome drug delivery system for the treatment of liver tumours.
Methods: We constructed a functionally-modified triptolide liposome (FA+TPP-TP-Lips) using the film-dispersion method and investigated its physicochemical properties, mitochondrial targeting of hepatic tumour cells, in vitro and in vivo anti-hepatic tumour activity and its mechanism.
