Methods: We retrospectively analyzed anterior circulation LVO acute stroke patients with a baseline perfusion MRI performed within 24 h from symptom onset.

However, the interpretation of EMG data in the context of gait analysis remains challenging due to the complexity of neuromotor dynamics and variability in assessment methodologies.

Research Question: To which consensus can we get in a group of experts in the fields of neurological and neuromuscular disorders, biomechanics, and clinical gait analysis to establish standardized protocols and a common language for the measurement and analysis of EMG data in gait disorders, particularly in people living with CP?

High-dose melphalan supported by autologous transplantation has been the standard of care for eligible patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma for nearly 30 years. Several randomized clinical trials have reaffirmed the strong position of transplant in the era of triplets combining proteasome inhibitors, immunomodulatory drugs, and dexamethasone. Although quadruplets are becoming the standard in transplantation programs, no data are currently available on the need for a transplant with new regimens incorporating anti-CD38 monoclonal antibodies.

However, the value of inflammatory proteins as predictive markers of postnatal kidney function, key in the management of fetuses with PUV, has not been explored. We screened fetal urine of fetuses with PUV with a panel of inflammatory proteins to determine their predictive value of postnatal kidney function.

Efficacy and safety of recombinant activated factor VII in Glanzmann thrombasthenia: A systematic literature review.

Background: Platelet transfusion is considered the standard treatment for preventing or controlling severe haemorrhage in Glanzmann thrombasthenia (GT). However, platelet transfusion can have detrimental effects, including the production of anti-GPIIb/IIIa isoantibodies or anti-HLA antibodies (Ab) and platelet transfusion refractoriness. Recombinant activated factor VII (rFVIIa) has been proposed as an alternative treatment to platelet transfusion.
