Research Design And Methods: In this Phase II/III, multicenter, randomized, active-controlled, open-label study, 1500 healthy individuals, aged 4-65 years, were randomized to receive a single dose of SIIPL Tdap or comparator Tdap vaccine (Boostrix®; GlaxoSmithKlines, India). Adverse events (AEs) during initial 30 minutes, 7-day, 30-day post-vaccination were assessed.

We describe a patient who presented with scrotal swelling followed by non-healing and discharging scrotal sinuses, following local trauma and was initially suspected to have an infected scrotal hematoma. An evaluation revealed it to be scrotal tuberculosis. He also complained of upper abdominal pain and on transabdominal ultrasonography was detected to have a mass in the head of the pancreas.

Due to the rarity of this disorder and limited literature, its diagnosis and treatment are often delayed. We present the case of a young male wherein the diagnosis of eosinophilic fasciitis was initially delayed due to an atypical presentation.
