The purpose of this study was to explore and verify genes that regulate the reproductive traits of Tibetan pigs at the mRNA level. The ovarian tissues of Tibetan pigs (TPs) and Yorkshire pigs (YPs) were selected as research objects, and cDNA libraries of the ovarian tissue transcripts of Tibetan pigs and Yorkshire pigs were successfully constructed by the RNA-Seq technique. Porcine parvovirus (PPV) disease is a worldwide spread animal disease with high infection rate and serious impact on meat economy causing significant losses in livestock production. Our previous transcriptomic study identified MYL4 (myosin light chain 4) to be associated with muscle development and growth in pigs. In this study, we aimed to investigate the genetic variation of MYL4 and determine the effect of these variations in regulating MYL4 expression and muscle fiber size. Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) have been used in many fields, and people are concerned about its effects on health. The present study reported the changes in liver metabolites and intestinal microbiota induced by overused ZnO NPs in dogs and explored the related mechanisms of liver injury induced by ZnO NPs. Materials with violent hydration reaction such as cement are used to solidify sandy soil slopes, which will cause destructive damage to the ecology of the slopes. In this paper, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and activated magnesium oxide (MgO) are used to improve sandy soil, and the effects of the dosage and curing age of modifiers on the mechanical properties of solidified sandy soil are studied. The dry-wet durability of the composite improved sandy soil is analyzed using a dry-wet cycle test, and the improvement mechanism of PVA and activated magnesium oxide is revealed using an electron microscope.

In this study, real-time quantitative PCR and amplicon sequencing technology were used to examine the effects of restoration types on the community structure of N-fixing and chitin-degrading bacteria harboring and genes, respectively, and the gene abundance under four meadows (undisturbed, grazing, fencing, and fencing + reseeding mea-dows) in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. As the primary source of electricity for various devices, batteries are important contributors to the overall electronic waste generated; and are widely considered a source of highly ecotoxic pollutants.
