[Analysis of short-term and long-term clinical outcomes in patients with acute myocardial infarction after one year of coronary stent implantation].

To observe in-hospital and 1-year prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction after one year of coronary stent implantation. From January 2015 to February 2018, 329 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after 1 year of coronary artery stent implantation were enrolled and received coronary angiography. These patients were divided into two groups (very late stent thrombosis (VLST) group and denovo group) according to whether the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction was due to stent thrombosis (ST), and in-hospital and long-term (1 year) outcomes were compared between the two groups.

[Intervention of Balint group on the emotional labor and job burnout of nurses in cardiology].

To explore the effect of Balint group on the emotional labor and job burnout of nurses in cardiology, to provide a reference for improving the mental health of nurses in cardiology. A total of 78 pediatric nurses were randomly divided into observation group and control group by the random number table, 39 observation group nurses were received general nursing training and the intervention of 8- week Balint group, 39 control group nurses were not received anything intervention. Before and after the intervention of 8 weeks, The Emotional Labor Scale(ELS) and Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI) were used to evaluate the emotional labor and job burnout of nurses.

Background: At present, serum Aspergillus IgG and IgM antibody detection is mainly used in the diagnosis of chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA), but its value in the diagnosis of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA) in non-agranulocytic patients is still unclear. IgM can be used as a marker of acute infection to help diagnose acute infection-related diseases. IgG is a marker of long-term infection and is used to assist in the diagnosis of pre-existing or chronic infection-related diseases.

Background: Independent risk factors for major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs) in patients with mild coronary stenosis are uncertain. This study aims to investigate predictive biomarkers for MACEs in patients with mild coronary stenosis.

Methods: Totally 381 patients with mild coronary stenosis were included and MACE incidences were recorded through a 24-month follow-up and 91 patients with unfavorable plaques characteristic are detected by CCTA.

Comparison of the Ultrathin Strut, Biodegradable Polymer Sirolimus-eluting Stent With a Durable Polymer Everolimus-eluting Stent in a Chinese Population: The Randomized BIOFLOW VI Trial.

Purpose: The BIOFLOW-VI (Biotronik-Safety and Clinical Performance of the Drug Eluting Orsiro Stent in the Treatment of Subjects With De Novo Coronary Artery Lesions-VI) study evaluates the angiographic efficacy, clinical safety, and effectiveness of the ultrathin strut, biodegradable polymer sirolimus-eluting stent (BP-SES) compared with a durable polymer everolimus-eluting stent (DP-EES). This randomized controlled clinical trial was designed to enable approval of new drug-eluting stents in China.

Methods: A total of 440 eligible patients from 11 sites with up to 2 de novo native coronary artery lesions were randomly assigned to receive either BP-SES (n = 220) or DP-EES (n = 220) from July 2014 to September 2016 in this prospective, multicenter, noninferiority trial.

Background: Metabolic syndrome (MS) is a disorder, characterized by clusters of cardiovascular risk factors such as central obesity, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia and hypertension. Patients with MS may have a higher plaque burden that increases their risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs). International expert consensus on the management of bleeding during VATS lung surgery.

Intraoperative bleeding is the most crucial safety concern of video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) for a major pulmonary resection. Despite the advances in surgical techniques and devices, intraoperative bleeding is still not rare and remains the most common and potentially fatal cause of conversion from VATS to open thoracotomy. Therefore, to guide the clinical practice of VATS lung surgery, we proposed the International Interest Group on Bleeding during VATS Lung Surgery with 65 experts from 10 countries in the field to develop this consensus document.

A total of 21 studies involving 7403 patients were included in the meta-analysis.

Significance of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and S-100β protein (S-100β) were investigated in sevoflurane combined with epidural anesthesia for radical resection of lung cancer. In total, 172 patients who underwent radical resection of lung cancer from May 2014 to January 2016 and 160 blood samples from healthy patients in the same period were selected for prospective analysis. Lung cancer patients were the therapy group (TG).

Survival benefit of skip metastases in surgically resected N2 non-small cell lung cancer: A multicenter observational study of a large cohort of the Chinese patients.

Introduction: N2 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) without N1 involvement, also known as skip metastases (pN0N2), has been suggested as a subgroup of heterogeneous N2 disease with better survival. This real-world observational study aimed to elucidate the prognostic impacts of skip N2 metastases using a large number of pathologic N2 NSCLC from 10 participating centers in China.

Materials And Methods: Medical records of pN2 NSCLC patients after surgical resection at 10 thoracic surgery centers between January 2014 and September 2017 were retrospectively reviewed based on the LinkDoc database.
