Objectives: An update of the first European Society of Musculoskeletal Radiology (ESSR) consensus on soft tissue tumor imaging in 2015 became necessary due to technical advancements, further insights into specific entities, and the revised WHO classification (2020) and AJCC staging system (2017). The third part of the revised guidelines covers algorithms and techniques beyond initial imaging: (1) Imaging after neoadjuvant therapy in soft tissue sarcoma, (2) sarcoma surveillance, and (3) special aspects, including surveillance of non-malignant entities and the role of interventional radiology.
Materials And Methods: A validated Delphi method based on peer-reviewed literature was used to derive consensus among a panel of 46 specialized musculoskeletal radiologists from 12 European countries.

Background: Considering the low rate of qualitative studies on athletes with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR), aiming to access in-depth data, we thought that the utilization of the qualitative method would allow us to collect the appropriate and sufficient data to yield novel findings and achieve sound conclusions. The study's aim was to investigate anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury experience processes in athletes who had undergone isolated ACLR, reveal the clinically related milestones, and highlight the necessary gaps.
Methods: Semi-structured interview techniques, in-depth follow-up questions, and thematic analysis were used to explore the experiences of participants with isolated ACL injuries 1-3 years after surgical treatment.

Background And Aims: Ovarian cancer maintains the highest mortality rate among gynecological malignancies. Unfortunately, two-thirds of cases are diagnosed at an advanced stage with the presence of peritoneal carcinomatosis. In this study, we aimed to present the 7-year results of cytoreductive surgery and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy in cases where peritoneal carcinomatosis developed during the medical oncological treatment and follow-up after primary high-grade serous ovarian cancer debulking surgeries.

In this short communication: (1) A transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulaton stimulator is a cost-effective solution for the predictable stimulation of mimicry and for precise decision-making. (2) Positioning a simple shatterproof mirror in front of an operated facial half enables the primary surgeon to simultaneously see and stimulate at the operative site and to scrutinize the mimicry for decision-making. (3) A misconception in the literature regarding colors used for tagging "branches for transection" and "branches for preservation" is clarified, and a third tag-color is suggested for times of ambiguity.

Aim: The aim of this study is to evaluate the functional outcomes and complications after non-fusion knee arthrodesis with a modular segmental intramedullary implant used for infected total knee arthroplasty revisions.
Methods: A retrospective review of the patients who had been surgically treated with a modular intramedullary arthrodesis implant for recurrent infection after revision TKA between January 2016 and February 2020 were included. The indications for arthrodesis were failed infected TKA with massive bone loss, deficient extensor mechanism and poor soft tissue coverage that precluded joint reconstruction with revision TKA implants.

Introduction: Clinical studies have indicated reduced reliance on blocking screws with the introduction of polyaxial locking nails, yet the biomechanical superiority of polyaxial locking over blocking screws remains unverified, specifically for distal dia-metaphyseal femur fractures.
Hypothesis: We hypothesized that the combination of multiaxial locking using three screws and parallel locking reinforced by two blocking screws would result in superior outcomes compared to utilizing only parallel locking with two screws and one blocking screw.
Materials And Methods: Third-generation custom-made femur models representing AO/OTA 32 A1.
