The purpose of this study was to explore the inhibitory effect of andrographolide on the expression of key regulatory genes involved in the biofilm formation of Staphylococcus epidermidis (SE). Taking the film-producing strain Staphylococcus epidermidis SE1457 as the research object, the effect of andrographolide on the formation of Staphylococcus epidermidis biofilms was analyzed via crystal violet staining, and biofilm models of SE adhesion, aggregation and maturity were established in vitro. RT‒PCR was used to detect the effects of the expression of icaA-, atlE-, aap- and luxS-related genes of andrographolide on biofilm formation in SE.

Background: The newest generation of Neuroform Atlas stent™ (Stryker, Fremont, California) represents a recent advance of cerebral laser-cut microstents for the treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms, and postoperative complications have been observed among Western patients. We assessed predictors of complications, morbidity, and unfavourable outcomes in a large cohort of patients with aneurysms that were treated with Neuroform Atlas stents in China.
Methods: This retrospective study included subjects who were treated with Atlas stents in China from November 2020 to January 2022.

Methods: From 2018 to 2020, 22 patients with joint laxity underwent arthroscopic autologous iliac bone graft suspension fixation and Bankart repair combined with the Remplissage procedure due to recurrent shoulder dislocation. Clinical assessment included range of motion (forward flexion, abduction, 90° external rotation, conventional external rotation, adduction, and internal rotation), visual analog scale (VAS) score, Rowe score, University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) score, and Western Ontario Shoulder Instability Index (WOSI) score.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the safety and efficacy of the combination of robot-assisted percutaneous screw placement and pelvic internal fixator (INFIX) for minimally invasive treatment of unstable anterior and posterior pelvic ring injuries.
Methods: From September 2016 to June 2017, twenty-four patients with unstable anterior and posterior pelvic ring injuries were treated with TiRobot-assisted percutaneous sacroiliac cannulated screw fixation on the posterior pelvic ring combined with robot-assisted pedicle screw placement in the anterior inferior iliac spine along with INFIX on the anterior pelvic ring. The results of the treatment, including surgery duration, fluoroscopy frequency, total drilling, amount of blood loss, fracture healing time, and postoperative functional outcomes were recorded and compared with another 21 similar patients who underwent conventional manual positioning surgery.
